Premier Inn keep on doing it and I now stay regularly both for business and pleasure.

The training must be first class as the staff never disappoint.

From arrival to departure including breakfast everything was faultless and room 703 has a great view of the Shard.

The hotel is well located for the South bank and there are good food and watering holes in walking distance.

Room Tip: Ask for view of Shard

We stayed here on a trip to London to visit an exhibition at Tate Modern. The hotel was so near to the museum and convenient for many venues and attractions south of the river.
The check in was efficient and the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. The room was quite cold, but this was because the air conditioning was on. They altered this so it was nice and toasty. We had a good view of the Shard and the room was comfortable with a good bed and the bathroom had a large shower. only downside was no heated towel rail so the towels were still wet in the morning. Would stay again if only for the 2 lovely staff members who were genuinely interested in what you were going to see and do.

Nothing special, but also nothing bad. Good location, nice area, OK for single women to walk around, plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. I arrived at 11 am and could not check into a room, which is acceptable. I was told to come back at noon and a room would be ready. It was, so that was perfect.

Nice modern clean and new hotel. Family friendly, breakfast good value, staff really helpful. Location an easy walk to London bridge tube and easy walk to the riverside via borough market. Southward high street may not be the most attractive part of London but the area by clink st and bars by the river was great and only a 10min walk away, just long enough to let dinner settle,

Great value hotel in Central London. Short distance from tube and river. Clean family room, very welcoming and friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good and bar area was relaxing. Would recommend.

this hotel is one of the newest in London and only booked this because I couldn't get booked into my usual one at county court, its too far out of the way of all main sights in London and the breakfast area is far too small for the size,we had to queue to wait for a table for breakfast.

As everywhere in London here too the service was very friendly. Except one lady (Elvira) from the morning buffet who was rather rude and unpolite. Asking for chocolatpasta for the childres her ansewer "If you want chocopasta you have to go to a five star hotel", a no sorry would have been enough. It was strange compazred to all the rest of the staff. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was fine, good coffee... My service would have been excellent without the remarks
