Thanks for your review. I am glad you had a good stay with us. See you on your next trip hopefully!
Everything is nice, rather new, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room for 3 people is of course not big, but sufficient and quiet. Only problem: The door of the shower cabin was not tight. But we got an extra bath mat. Air conditioning was good and essential during a hot summer week.
We enjoyed the breakfast. It is preferable to avoid the "rush hour". Snacks and Pizza can be purchased at the reception. A supermarket is just around the corner.
Free WLAN was perfect.
The Tower Bridge is not far, tube connection, e.g. to the city centre and King's cross, is very good.
We recommend this hotel for holiday as well as business trips and would love to come back.
Thank you for your kind comments and compliments – I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and I look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Stayed here as part of a Stag Weekend. Had booked eight triple rooms between us. Only two rooms were available when we first arrived but that was fine as we left our bags headed out to a karting afternoon.
Each room was clean and well maintained, great value at £78 per room. You do get what you pay for and there is no bathroom as such just a shower in the room and toilet with no locking door. As long as you know your room mates well you will be okay.
Not sure if this is an Ibis thing but we were woken by the Fire Alarm at 0730 on Sunday morning, just as we were when staying at the Ibis London City Airport. Both were false alarms and we didn't have to evacuate.
Thank you very much for your review, I am delighted that you enjoyed your visit to the Ibis budget London Whitechapel. Unfortunately some of our visitor had lightened a cigarette in their room. Which is against the law, they have been asked to vacate their room. Please accept our sincere apology for this early alarm, but necessary for our guest’s safety.
Kind regards, Julien Lamarre, General Manager.
