I bought a graffiti workshop for my husband and son for Christmas. They had the best time. The got dressed in their white boiler suits and masks and were able to learn about graffiti art. It was especially good for my son who hates to do what he is told, so being able to spray paint a wall with whatever he wanted was right up his street. Would highly recommend to everyone
Took a 2hour session and created a beautiful canvas that i didn't even know i could do! Everyone is so friendly and happy to help, learnt a lot :)
I booked a two hour graffiti session for myself and my 11 year old daughter via a Groupon voucher. I emailed to book a date and time but could not go because my daughter was subsequently ill that day and I was so busy nursing her, I could not call them. So I emailed the next day. However, as the Groupon voucher code had been given and the payment deducted already we had completely lost out and Graffik Gallery have still not replied or acknowledged my email which was sent last week. Extremely deceitful and a big Conn. My daughter is very disappointed and letting down a child just because they are ill, which can happen is simply disgusting. I lost £56,00 hence the bad review. Would not recommend this to anyone or use it ever again!! I heard this gallery was suffering financial difficulty, I have to say after this experience, I can see why!!
Louise, the resident artwist was ace. Everyone was able to get invoice and create something that was actually worth having. Plus the team logo is now up in our office. Loved it.
I took my 12 year old daughter and her friend for the workshop. They give really good advice and are very helpful in designing and producing your artwork. My daughter used a pre done stencil and added her own name. The girls enjoyed practice spraying the walls! Friendly and bright atmosphere. Clothing protection and masks are provided. Great unusual activity with a canvas of your art to take home.
One of my favourite parts of Notting Hill, I get to browse around this fabulous gallery that always has the best art on display, and always something new to discover. I have been collecting street art for a few years now, this is definitely the place to go if you are interested in doing the same. You certainly cannot miss the amazing work of Dotmaster on the outside of the building.
