This hotel was a great find during the Xmas peak period.
Rooms are of a good size and price for London.
Our room had a full size bath and shower above with hot water on demand.
The hotel is very clean and modern.
Bottled water, lovely toiletries and complimentary biscuits and tea coffee etc all suitable.

Lighting in the room took a while to fathom out as there are so many switches and no instructions it was a little confusing to start. Add to that the ability to control things with the tv remote and, well....

The location of the hotel is a little off the beaten track and if I was travelling alone I'm unsure how safe I would have felt walking back in the dark.

Payment for the stay on departure was a little confused by the staff and as many didn't speak brilliant English we left feeling a little misunderstood and frustrated and not 100% confident that we'd not been overcharged / charged twice for our stay.

I would stay there again, if I ever needed to be in the area.

Had a great lunch here for a family gathering, good homemade food which is very cheap compared to most hotel restaurants. Helpful and lovely staff. The cakes are very good. Will definitely be going back soon for the dinner specials and to enjoy the outside terrace during summer.

Feels like a boutique but at amazing value. This is MUCH better than the cheap Ibis & Travelodge! Really worth it. I stayed with two kids and parents. Some rooms have a balcony. Also the Westfield’s shopping centre is a simple walk away. Great place!

Room Tip: Parking for on £10 at Gala next door.

The hotel is set on the busy and sometimes noisy Stratford High Street and other than the nearby Westfield shopping centre the area is a little sparse. Setting that aside, someone has clearly put in a lot of time and effort into the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern and very clean. Staff are very friendly and the rooms have every comfort that you need. I got a very good price for the hotel and this helped to offset the noisy road. This is a common problem in many a London hotel, but for the standard of room etc I must say that it was worth that slight niggle.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the hotel are slightly quieter. If you don't fancy the ten minute walk from...

I stayed for 3 nights in February wanting a suitable base while seeing friends visiting from overseas. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the reception staff and friendliness of those manning the dining area. The room itself was scrupulously clean, modern and well appointed. It was also refreshing to find no hassle internet connection, a fridge, complementary water & a keypad coded safe.

The hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from the DLR which takes you effortlessly into Stratford station.

Only quibble was the lack of a plate warmer for breakfast plates but the food was really well cooked and very tasty.

I have recommended to friends and would definitely stay there again. :)

Room Tip: I stayed in room 312 lovely room. Definitely check out the comfortable lounge. Tip you may find it e...
