We were amazed at the price for so much amazing service! Clean apartment, high tech tv, room controls, spatious, cleaned everyday, excellent service at reception, hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in your room everyday. Does not need any improvements!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend break when we booked to see a show in the West End. Our room was immaculate and both bed and shower were first class. Stratford tube station is a short walk away, and easily accessible by foot. Very highly recommended.

The Westbridge is on Stratford High Street in the East End. I stayed there for a conference at Excel, which is quite close on the DLR. The hotel is typical boutique-style with winding staircases up to the rooms but friendly staff to help with baggage. The rate is very reasonable for London but it's quite a way from the center - about half an hour by tube with a 5 minute walk. For me (6' 4") the bed was too small and my sleep was further disrupted by the traffic noise from the main road, which was still present overnight. Dinner was good in the hotel's restaurant - no alcohol served but guests may bring their own wine. Apart from the sleep problems, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very good.

Room Tip: I'd avoid if possible the front of the hotel, which is directly on the main road

loved this hotel, only stayed one night but staff were friendly and room had everything you needed. The room was quite small and the bathroom tiny but considering the price, I was really pleased. Anything similar is double the price.

Good location only 10 mins walk from Westfield shopping centre and parking relatively easy, you can park in Gala next door but entrance only up until 11 so we parked behind the hotel in a residential area that's usual permit holder only but we arrived late Saturday night and there are no restrictions on Sundays. Alternatively there is 24hr parking at Westfield for about £10 i think.

I stayed at two of the branded hotels opposite but decided to visit this hotel. It serves very well cooked & tasty nouveau cuisine style food - may not suit huge appetites but I have now visited three times. It doesn't serve alcohol although you can bring in wine/beer from the shop next door. Good service.

Small rooms and beds although they do have very high standard, especially if you consider their prices. The staff was very nice and serviceminded and the restaurant had good food at a good price. They even have a gym which you can use free of charge as long as you are staying there. Walking distance to both trains busses and also the big mall, Westfield Stratford City.

So to sum up, I would reccomend The Westbridge Hotel. Unless you are planning on spendning a lot of time on the room then I would not reccomend it.

My sisters and I tried the Westbridge Hotel Restaurant for a pre theatre meal as we wanted somewhere close to the theatre (ten minute walk) but not too busy. I booked an early meal and we found the restaurant easily. It was almost empty when we arrived and the waiter, although new, was extremely attentive and helpful.

Limited menu selection but very nice and reasonably priced. Main course took longer to arrive than hoped (45 minutes between starter and main course) but we were advised that this was due to a problem in the kitchen and not the norm.

We were surprised to find that they did not serve wine (we could have brought our own). Find this odd for a hotel.

Nevertheless we had a very nice meal and would recommend the food and service just be prepared to take your own wine!
