Myself and my husband have just returned from a long weekend at this premier inn. The location is very good. It is 2 minutes away from blackfriars tube and train station. It is also within walking distance of some lovely pubs and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, and the best thing is the area is quiet, so you do not have to worry about being woke up by dustmen, taxis and the like. The staff in this hotel are brilliant. They are there with a welcoming smile whenever you walk into reception, asking and genuinely interested in how your day has been, or if you slept well. The breakfasts are well worth adding into your itinerary as it's all you can eat and fresh and plentiful. I would highly recommend this when visiting London for business or pleasure.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at this Premier Inn. We loved it, the staff were all extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had breakfast and dinner on both nights. The food was excellent and the dining room very comfortable. We will be returning to London in June and will definitely be staying there again. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in so far.

Given the enormous expense of London hotels, this is a good alternative. The room was reasonably spacious, and the location is very close to three tube stops (St. Paul's, Blackfriars, Farringdon). It is on a quiet street but very very close to St. Paul's cathedral, Smithfield's market, and a reasonable walk to Russel Square and the West End. Most of the typical West End tourist attractions are little more than a 20 minute walk away, or maybe 5 to 10 minutes via the tube. The service was particularly friendly as well in the lobby. One downside: wifi is free for only 30 minutes a day, thereafter it is 3 pounds daily - per device. But for travelers looking to be reasonably close to the action but probably save 50 pounds or more an evening versus lesser quarters available elsewhere, this is a great choice. You'll just spend a bit more time on the tube or walking - but not too much, and it's a lovely city to walk in.

This is in a quiet location close to Fleet Street and New Bridge Street, so very convenient indeed for business meetings around Lincolns Inn or Temple, but equally excellent for leisure visits being within easy walking distance of St Pauls, Shakespeare's Globe and Tate Modern. Covent Garden is not far either. Not so good for Underground connections, but buses N,S E and W from New Bridge St, Farringdon Rd, Fleet St and Ludgate Hill.

Very welcoming attentive staff, and an unexpected bonus was being able to check in from 10am. Rooms the standard fare - spacious for the price. .

Well recommended.

This a well located, clean and comfortable hotel. It's standard Premier Inn style and facilities with their usual good service and buffet breakfast. Cant say more than that really other than if you get a good deal for Central London it's a great option.
