“Great standards as usual”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 March 2014 via mobile

Having stayed at quite a few premier inns this hotel as always was clean, modern with great very helpful and attentive staff. The breakfast was well cooked but be careful getting down there between 8 and 9 as it gets very busy on a weekend. I really can't fault this hotel, if you want a clean room and a good nights sleep this is the right place.

Hotel looked fairly new, very clean with 722 room over 7 floors served by three lifts and an impressive looking spiral staircase.
God size family room with a double and two single beds. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Very clean and a good quality AC unit with easy to use controls.
The hotel is based in the City of London in a very quiet location especially at the weekends. Blackfriars tube is a few minutes walkway and there is a Tesco Express around the corner along with other shops in the vicinity.
A great hotel in a very good location with an excellent breakfast service, but with 722 rooms it advisable to get down early to miss the ques. Check in is at 2pm with checkout by 12 noon. You are allowed to drop of your luggage if you arrive early or are leaving after 12 noon.
Overall a very good experience was had by all especially the kids who loved it.

Very convenient, easy check in (automatic on the screen), close to Thames, close to Starbucks for Breakfast if not include in your room. Around 20 minutes by walk till Oxford Street (Tottenham Court Road Tube)
Wifi is not include (it's a pity), and we pay for it, but doesn't work on the basement (our room was a family room, in the basement), but good signal at reception level.

Room Tip: Avoid room at the basement if you want to use wifi.

Great location and quality hotel. Can't fault it. Rooms were very quiet and of a good size. All very clean. Although going to London I would generally prefer to eat out, I had to get to a show and the hotel was the most convenient option to eat. The evening meal offer and breakfast was fantastic. It saved me loads of money and the team were able to arrange a three course meal in time for me to get to the theatre. Highly recommended for theatre breaks and for those who want London city centre without the hustle and bustle.

It was quick, convenient, comfy, affordable, enjoyable. The bed was comfy, the shower was strong and warm. I particularly liked the make up mirror. Only negative is that I heard people walking down the corridor and the cleaner came in while I was asleep.
Will be staying again. Well done :)
