Location fantastic, close to tube and easy to get to all the attractions. Room clean, tidy and well maintained and bar & restaurant if you needed them (did not eat there so cannot comment on food).
What let the hotel down was staff could have been more helpful and better trained in customer service and more of them as busy reception area. No shaving point in bathrooms a real let down the shaving plugs supplied from reception (2 of them) neither worked and had to go out and buy one in the end that worked.
