After reading most of the reviews I opted for this hotel as they have family rooms and the price was amazing.

I would recommend self check-in on-line as when you get there you can use the self check-in which took less than 5 minutes. This worked out great as check-in time was 14:00 and we got there about 14:15 and there was a huge queue already.

I like the idea that you need to use your key card to access your floor, nice bit of security.

We stayed in room 117, the room was very spacious and extremely clean and also had tea and coffee making facilities.

Can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't use it but breakfast was great. Very good choice and plenty of it!

Staff: They were all really friendly especially the guy on duty at night who went out of his way to order me a pizza.

All in all for what your paying you cannot fault this hotel.

Location fantastic, close to tube and easy to get to all the attractions. Room clean, tidy and well maintained and bar & restaurant if you needed them (did not eat there so cannot comment on food).
What let the hotel down was staff could have been more helpful and better trained in customer service and more of them as busy reception area. No shaving point in bathrooms a real let down the shaving plugs supplied from reception (2 of them) neither worked and had to go out and buy one in the end that worked.

Hotels used to try to perpetuate the idea that when you stay in them, you are home away from home. Premier Inn is not a hotel. It is a low-cost airline equivalent of rented accommodation: clean, efficient, effective, gets you from A to zzz. But please don't expect it to be at all homely. It's secure but you must follow all the rules as they are laid. No exceptions, including Smile! Because you are being Welcomed! Hope You Enjoy Your Stay!

Good location, cheerful and helpful staff. We were on the 5th floor and the rooms were quiet in the evenings. Not the cheapest of budget hotels, but if you have stayed at Premier before, you know the standard. This hotel ticked all the right boxes.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in Mid April. It's not anything fancy but everything was clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. It's a good price for that area of London. There is an Underground station right around the corner and a number of good food options within walking distance. We even ate at the hotel restaurant one night and we were happy with the food. If you're looking for a great location in London with a decent price this is definitely a good choice.

We, 2 families with small and teenage kids stayed here for 4 nights with breakfast included. Check in was fast and hassle free. Our rooms were on the same floor next to each other. Great. Rooms were small but spotless. Top marks to housekeeping!!! No noise disturbance and a good nights sleep was had by all.
Breakfast was busy but we never had to wait long for a table and the staff always accommodated our desire to be together as a large party. Breakfast choice was good and was always replaced thus never running out of items. We ate in one evening and both the food and service were of a high standard. As London prices go it was very reasonable.
This hotel is located in a quiet corner of central London with easy access to major sights. There is a small Tesco express open until midnight and a Boots just minuets from the hotel. 5 mins walk to Blackfriars tube station. LHR about an hour.
Would recommend and would happily stay again.
