Yet again Premier Inns show you can stay in Central London at reasonable rates. This was a great hotel, normal standard of room, clean with nor frills except air-conditioning and a good restaurant. What makes the Premier Inns so good is the quality of their staff, they were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even with the added issue of our needing assistance with medicine my husband needs to keep cool. The tube station was just across the road and ran on the central lines. Well placed and a good place to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing.

An excellent hotel with great staff. Rooms were the usual Premier high standard. Location perfect for getting around with the underground only 3 mins walk and the water bus 5mins walk. Check-in and breakfast service seamless. Would strongly recommend to foreign travellers as an easy going, easy location for all the sights.

Very impressed with Premier Inn Blackfriars. Had been nervous about our trip to London as it all seemed rather big and busy and somewhat daunting. However, the proximity of the hotel from the tube station and the friendliness of the staff at the hotel, soon put us at our ease. The hotel has all you need and is spotless. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to make sure you're okay. The room was smaller than other premier inns but had all the usual facilities. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Visited for one night to visit Kings College London which was a short walk away(10mins). We arrived late, check in was quick and staff welcoming. Went to the bar for a snack and asked if we could have a 'share' starter for a it was very good and I wished we had our meal there. The staff managed to fit this in even though they were busy. The room was spacious and very clean. Liquid shower gel/shampoo dispenser in complimentary in the shower and liquid soap by the sink. The air con worked well as it was very hot outside. It was very quiet at night even though there was a pub below our window. A good stay, I would stay again! Tip- book early for a good rate!

This was my second visit to the Premier Inn at Blackfriars. This is in a great location as it is 2 minute walk from Blackfriars Overground and Underground Station, 5 minute walk from City Thameslink (Ludgate Hill) and is close to numerous bus routes. The Embankment and South Bank are a stone's throw from the hotel. St Paul's Cathedral is a 10 minute walk (maximum) and Covent Garden is a 5-10 minute bus ride away from Fleet Street. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
