Very good location, very helpful staff. Hotel lovely and clean. Very close to the tube. No noise in the room, Bathroom was very clean staff helpful when asked about directions to places. Would definitely stay again

We stayed here with some friends earlier this year and were really happy with the hotel.
Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, rooms were good.
Location wise it's ok. Good for St Paul's area and sound if you like walking or alternative the blackfriars station is just over the road.
One word of warning, you have to travel for nightlife. All the pubs bar the Blackfriars Inn shut on an evening (I'm assuming its because its near the city and they cater for the workers there). Having said that the hotel bar is ok and very reasonably priced by London standards.
Hotel very clean staff very friendly, great location for the sights and shopping would recommend this hotel to anyone, nearest tube blackfriars staition then turn right coming out walk about 200 yards down road then right again and the hoyel is there, would stay again defo
Very good value hotel.Good position for Westend and Southbank. problems in resturant due to lack of supervision and staff numbers..Food excellent , room excellent generally very good except for dining problem
My husband & I stayed here for one night whilst attending the theatre in Covent Garden.
Being only 2 years old, the hotel is clean & bright.
We were able to walk to the attractions we were interested in over the two days.
The staff are extremely welcoming & efficient.
The breakfast & dinner in their restaurant were enjoyable too.
Package deals to include meals are good value.
We recommend this hotel.
I use these hotels whenever I can as I know what I get for my money and always enjoy my sleep, rooms are comfortable and clean, service is usually very good, HOWEVER, London Blackfriars disappointed. Room was very clean, but quite small for a double in comparison to others and windows do not open at all. This combined with a very heavy duvet and a hard bed made sleeping for me almost impossible. The 1st night I never slept at all, the remaining 2 nights I slept due to sheer exhaustion. As we had to use the air con through the night we became quite dehydrated. We had an evening meal on our 1st night and was fairly poor. We had to wait ages for a table, despite arranging a time with the waitress/booker, the steaks were tough and we had finished our meal by the time the wine came despite asking for it several times. We never used it again for evening meal. I did advise reception of my problems sleeping and was offered and given the refund of 1 night as per their guarantee however I would rather have had a good sleep to feel fresh for enjoying my trip. Location was good and a handy Tesco Express at the end of the street for water etc.
