Our second stay here and we'll start with the negatives... In our room, we could hear the water pipes 'whistle' when other rooms were using water in the night. Now, this is only noticeable because the hotel is so quiet! We had the meal deal on two nights which is excellent value for money. The food is good quality for dinner and breakfast. Reception staff are always friendly and available. Beds are so comfy and rooms were serviced daily to a high standard. Premier Inn have become our hotel of choice wherever we are visiting in the UK, consistent high standards despite their economy price tag.

Great location , Blackfriars tube within a 2 min walk . Tesco express on the corner of the road . Check in staff fab and were happy to store our luggage as rooms weren't quite ready as we had arrived early . Our first family room only had 3 despite there being four of us , this was quickly rectified . Breakfast was busy , busy, busy but there was always plenty of choice . Overall a clean and efficient hotel and I would stay here again without hesitation .

We have stayed in several Premier Inns and all have been good but this one is definitely the best. Arriving early we hoped just to leave our case but as a room was available could check in at 11.30 am. The room was spotlessly clean with quiet air conditioning and no outside noise could be heard. Reception staff were all friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was superb and it may seem a bit expensive for what was available but the choice was amazing and delicious it set us up for the day. We didn't have evening meal as there's so many places to try on the South Bank. The hotel is in a perfect location close to Blackfriars Station, St Paul's and the Millenium Bridge. Hope to stay again soon.

Nice hotel, close to station for ease of getting around. Set back off the main road so nice and quiet.
Room was very clean which I have come to expect from premier inn and the breakfast was very good.
