Breakfast is expensive and the hotel price list is a little strange, food delivered to your room is cheaper? Egg benedict £12 delivered under room service, or £20 for continental breakfast?
But the range is great, pastries, breads, fresh pancakes, fruits cheese, cold meats, yogurts, seeds, nuts, cereals. Also there are fried noodles and spring rolls on the oriental section and an Asian section. All very high quality and always replenished no matter what time you sit for breakfast

Old, wet scrambled eggs weren't fit as dog food; bacon and sausage were old and soggy. Fruit was hard and not at all ripe. Extremely overpriced - Sheraton should be embarrassed!!

Breakfast itself was very nice, the buffet is massive and suitable for lots of different tastes. We only had so-so sevice, for instance we ordered a la carte and I wanted the pancakes with a vegetarian sub for the bacon so I enquired what vegetarian options the kitchen did. The lady seemed annoyed and asked what I wanted so I said some fruit would be nice, she hesitated and looked at her pad so again I just said, "or whatever the kitchen would normally do for vegetarians", after a few seconds she said that it would be fine. I would think that the staff would already be trained to know what substitutions are allowed for the menu having myself worked in a very busy diner for many years.

When the pancakes came, syrup wasn't provided, instead I had to go and collect some jars at the buffet counter, another service issue that could have easily been avoided.

Really though, the food is nice and I room is lovely but the service definitely has room for improvement.

This is a Full English Breakfast that includes an excellent buffet and your ability to order anything else that you want from the wait staff (eg fried or poached eggs, an omelet, etc). The Orange Juice is fresh squeezed, the coffee is delicious, there's always an abundance of fruits, breads, rolls, and muffins, plus everything from bacon to tomatoes to baked beans. During our 8-night stay at the Park Lane, we started every day with a hearty breakfast at Bracewells! It's breakfast excellence!

Helpful Hint: When you book your room, get or negotiate full English breakfast into the deal. Otherwise, the breakfast as a stand alone purchase is very expensive.
