Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Southwark tube station and close to the South Bank. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the lack of hand towels. There were 2 bath towels provided but they were quite thin. We did not eat at the hotel, there was a pub across the road, The William and Henry, and we had a lovely meal in there. We normally stay at Premier Inns in London but after checking out the reviews on the Ibis we decided to try it and we were not disappointed.
