Stayed there in summer and was quite surprised how clean and ok it was compared to the price. In this price range I only stayed in the Easy Hotel at Earls Court before and can say, the Travelodge is the much better choice. The rooms have enough space for a suitcases, a chair and a large bed, the towels and the room were clean. The main down was that we had a room to the street at the 1st floor, so it was quite loud, especially because ventilation was a problem. We would have loved to keep the window open over night, which wasn't possible due to the noise.
I have to add that one big pro doesn't even go to the Travelodge itself, but rather to the Café that is situated in the ground floor. It has great coffee and yummy breakfasts. I would sleep at the Travelodge again at this location, mainly because of the distance to good coffe and warm croissants.

We are really sorry to learn that you were unable to get a good night sleep due to external noise poetna. Unfortunately due to the central London location of this hotel, in spite of the measures that we put in place such as double or triple glazing, it is not always possible to completely reduce the noise outside the hotel.

To visit London is expensive enough so we decided to pick a cheap hotel for our 2 night stay. This hotel is clean and the beds comfortable. Which is good cause that' s really all you get and pay for. We had a nice shower as well. Very good price-quality. If all your looking is a nice bed for a good place, pick this one! If you want romance, go somewhere else ;)

This Hotel is in a great location at Clapham junction
the rooms were very clean and new a great cafe at the main entrance
I think it was Brazilain best cup of coffee I have had for a while
we parked at the Asda car park 50 yards around the corner
£10 for 24 hours
My only complaint would be the bus noise there are two bus stops outside
the Hotel but considering the location you cant have it all for the cost
We would go back to this Hotel

Room Tip: I would say maybe the back of the Hotel would avoid the traffic

Basic but clean and functional, perfect access to Gatwick airport and Central London. Modern hotel situated five minutes walk from the station at Clapham junction which is 25 minutes from Gatwick airport via a fast train. Do not use the Gatwick Express but the cheaper Souther trains at about 10 pounds, or half price for a party of 4.

Found my room immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. Only problem I found with this hotel was the very busy trainstation over the road. Double glazing works but if your a light sleeper, then expect no sleep. Found the staff very polite.

Room Tip: Try and get a room away from the trainstation
