Stayed here during a weekend visit to London. We had asked for a double but got a family room, so plenty of space. With an all you can eat breakfast it cost £50. So for London, very good value. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, fluffy pillows and a good view. Right near the tube and a couple bars so made for an ideal stay. Would definitely return.

Just a couple of hundred yards from Bethnal Green Tube station and the Central Line. It's newly refurbished and very clean, very warm and very welcoming.
There's a Sainsbury's a minute away and a pub just on the corner. The rooms are large enough for two, with coffee and tea facilities and you can borrow hairdryers, etc free from reception. The breakfast is not included, but with cereal, bacon, eggs, beans, sausages and tomatoes, sets you up for the day.
Excellent location for sightseeing in central London. Earlier you book, the cheaper the deal.

Stayed in London many times, now on a lower budget so looked outside of the centre. This hotel was around half the price of similar ones closer to town but only an extra couple of stops on the tube so, in reality, didn't make that much of difference. For this we got a massive, clean room by London standards (book a family room, they are often the same price!), with what I thought the most welcoming reception staff I have experienced for a long while. Don't expect much in the way of toiletries but you can't have everything at these sort of prices. You can't see it from the tube station and of the four people I asked for directions nobody knew where it was but its only about 100 ms away opposite the park (the entrance is tucked away down a side street so you would probably miss it if you walked past it). Food prices aren't that bad and they do an 'all you can eat' breakfast for around £7.50 but a 'greasy spoon' about a minute away does bacon butties for £2.10 - plenty of cheap pubs in the locality as well. For the price its well worth thinking about.

Just stayed the one night, with a pleasant and cheerful welcome from reception. The room and shower ensuite was clean, tidy and fresh. All equipment worked well (once I realised TV had been unplugged at socket behind the unit!), bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. I've marked down to Very Good rather than Excellent (always marking within its category) as: The duvet cover was coming apart at its seam and the noise from the "underground" running over ground at the rear of the building was disturbing at 5am. Next time will ensure I ask for a room at the side of the building.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms to rear overlooking the rail tracks

I found the Hotel a great starting point for exploring London, 3 minute walk from Tube Station some great small restaurants close by. Walk past Tube Station and turn left and there is Chinese, Italian and Indian restaurants there we went to Italian realm value for money, but be in early it seems to fill up after 20:00 hrs. A park opposite hotel were you can go for a run or a walk. There is a comedy show bar underneath the Hotel some weeks there is some very good comics on worth a look on the bar window to see who is on.

stayed here for one night on march 15th 2014, was very tidy and clean hotel comfortable room and bed, super breakfast in the bar café though could have done with better tap beer choice rather than becks and stella, just minutes walk from the tube and the mainline stations and not really far out of central London next stop from Liverpool street and on the central line which cuts right through London so excellent location to save you £s by being just off the main circle, in all would stay here again if it's a lower price than those closer to the centre, very friendly staff also
