“Good ambience, poor food slowly delivered and expensive drinks”

The place is nice to be in, even though it is very hipsterish as commented on before. The Table was unstable and wobbled a lot which was beyond quaint. The food was poor and very slow to arrive. The hamburger was warm not hot with dull, chips greasy and there were three small slices only of the relish. The fish was dire. Drinks expensive. Staff really friendly. Could be a marvellopyus place but the quality of the food lets it down.

The building inside is the epitome of Shabby Chic. The only thing missing is a bicycle hanging from a wall. Generally filled with identikit East London hipsters all bone-achingly in love with themselves. The Sunday dinners are lovely though. Although the Christmas pudding I had on my last visit was quite possibly the most revolting I've ever tasted, and it took about 40 mins to come!

Well, this place is east London kitch at its finest. Animal heads on the wall, everyone's a member of the smiths. But nonetheless, the selection of beers And wine is excellent. Bar service is slow at best. The menu is really enticing, but does not live up to its promises. I would imagine the burger et al to be ok, but anything more adventurous is a gamble. I'd just have a beer and stand in the corner looking cool - alternatively go to weatherspoons.

Waited over an hour for food, then ordered pudding and had to wait another 40 minutes. Food was good but not worth the wait.

Huge family friendly pub with plenty of tables both inside and out that serves a variety of roasts with the biggest yorkshire puds ever!

Pork, chicken (breast and leg to choose from) and beef all cooked perfectly with 4 or 5 veges to accompany. Either £10 or £12 so not too expensive and filled us all up. They also serve a kids version for around half the price.

Good music in the background and a huge selection of beers, ciders and wine. All in all I think is is now my favourite pub in London Town.
