It’s not my first time going to Wagamama but it’s my first time going to the one in Westfield.I was with my friend,we had sharing starters, the tama squid was amazing! Also chilli squid, lollipop prawns, mixed mushrooms + panko aubergine hirata steamed buns, everything is lovely!
The fresh juices are really good,we had power juice and super green juice.
The service was amazing with Giuseppe entertaining us constantly.Lovely team, good vibes. Will be back again!

I have been to Wagamamas quite a few times with my daughter who introduced me to their Katsu Curry - the only item on the menu I will eat. I have to order from the kids menu as even that is too much for me! However, to the point: I visited yesterday (27 May) and was looking forward to sitting outside at the tables and chairs as I do not like sitting on trestle tables with people I don't know and I also find them very uncomfortable on my legs (cutting off blood supply) as I am very small. To my horror the tables and chairs have been replaced with as many (even higher) trestle tables. And the same inside - high benches I can't even get onto. My daughter asked for somewhere quiet we could eat and we were offered a place that only seated six, luckily no-one else joined us. The seat was too high, I was in pain and when we left I couldn't walk properly for a good five minutes. These benches are dangerous for people who can't reach the floor. On getting the bill my daughter didn't notice that VAT has been added separately. If she had she would have asked to see the manager. In all the time we have eaten at Wagamamas the prices have been as advertised in the menu now we have to pay extra and neither of us saw anything on the menu informing us of this change. I will not be returning to Wagamamas as I would like to sit in comfort and also not have £4 plus added to the bill without due warning on the menu. What a shame, I am a very fussy eater and it is great to find even one meal that I can eat.

I order beef brisket and my wife has stir fry noodle. They both are very good and service is friendly.
