A friend recommended this coffee shop as having the best coffee in London. While I am not enough of an expert to know if this is really the case, this café (located in the mews behind Claridge’s) is a decent alternative to Berkeley Square’s chain eateries. Good choice of café food (the cakes are always very tasty) and a very pleasant vibe.
The only drawback is that, despite the “hidden” location, this is a popular spot and it is often difficult to get a seat.
