Was outside at 17.00 they were not open until 18.00 staff told us to come back at 18.00

Went back at 18.00 to be told they had a private party WTF and would not serve us and we're really rude to the females on our party shouting abuse.

Never go to this pub totally rubbish

Would I go again? Probably not!

So first impressions it seems good venue, we arrived around 5.30 and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is only a small selection of beers, it's mainly a cocktail place and they accepted cards (even for 1 pint).

So as the evening went on and it got busier....well the staff seemed more interested in server people they know. Oh and now decide no credit cards under £10!

We ordered food (chicken wings) which took neatly an hour to arrive!

Didn't like the inconsistency of service standards or the credit card issue. Given we intended to spend the entire evening here we have up and went elsewhere.

Charged £9.50 for a rum and coke (I clarified the price with the bar staff as I couldn't quite believe it) - almost twice as much as I've ever been charged in any other venue in London. Bonus point for otherwise friend staff.

Popped in quickly for a drink en route it was Happy Hour! sadly couldn't make the most of it as had to move on. It is predominantly a cocktail bar so don't think there was a draught pint can't remember! Looked like they were setting up for a band and could get lively it's a pity we couldn't stay longer. Staff were friendly and helpful despite my friend being drunkenly awkward! They were probably glad we couldn't stay!!

We often frequent Shaker and co on a Thursday to check out The Cash Cows band who play there most weeks and also drink a Bom Bom cocktail or two, they go down a treat after a busy day.
Sometimes it's busy sometimes it's quiet you never quite know but it's always a good time.
