Having never been to an Itsu before, we weren't sure if we should choose at the counter or take a seat - and didn't know anything about the food. When we asked the young woman behind the counter for advice, she was monosyllabic and sharp, giving the impression that we were daft for not knowing what to do.
When we got the food, it was very tasty, but the attitude of the staff member spoilt our visit.
