“GREAT food!”
Reviewed 30 July 2013

Been to a few Itsu branches and have found all of them to be consistently good.

Being a vegan, you do have to check the menu carefully at most 'chain' eateries and this was no different. Be careful of some of the hot dishes as they can contain fish products and also the sauces, except for their tereyaki, that was fine (or so was told!)

Good value for money and a nice place to eat. Recommended!

“Innovating Fast Fresh Healthy Food”
Reviewed 19 July 2013

No matter which store I go to, Itsu never fails. I love, love, love their freshness, the attention to flacvor and variations on the Sushi and other entrees. The price is right, and they even make the sitting areas comfortable and soothing. I cannot say enough good things about this group. I love ot visit the one at London Bridge and sit out on the waterfront with a sashimi box, or the one in Convent Garden...or the one, my first one, on Tottenham Court Road. The people are friendly and the food delicious. My favorite: paoched slamon with rice and salad, green beans and soy beans. HEAVENLY!

“Butter mouth sashimi and great price!”
Reviewed 23 April 2013

This shop is one block from my hotel the Strand Palace, so I usually buy a snack to take away before going to one of the nearby theaters and have dinner in my room. The mixed sashimi tray has 6 pieces of tuna and salmon 6, with a very fresh fish which is like butter in your mouth. I find the sushi on the other hand less enjoyable, since the rice tends to be for my taste too compact or dry, and the spicy tuna maki (another of my favorites) somewhat lacking in flavor.

One night with a temperature below freezing I decided to try the chicken noodles, disappointing. The noodles were very thick and very standard soup with industrial flavor.

However, as I said the sashimi is top ...., fresh, so tasty and healthy.
