Owner description: Touring over 20 countries a year and with a permanent London West End residency too, this critically acclaimed show has been winning five-star reviews and standing ovations since 1997. It's 'a two-hour eat, drink and laugh sensation!' (Daily Telegraph). The fun starts as the audience wait to be seated and then hurtles along as they become diners in that infamous hotel. Meanwhile, Basil, Sybil and Manuel aspire to be their warring waiters, serving a 3-course meal with a good dollop of mayhem. This is fully immersive, highly improvised, site-specific comedy theatre at its best - and because only a third of show is scripted, performances are always fresh. Expect all the best gags and 'a rip-roaringly hilarious night out' (This Is London). Just don't mention the war! - 'Outstanding! (Fringe Review) - 'Uniquely enjoyable... A worthy alternative to some of the West End's other shows... It will have you raving' (Britain Magazine) - 'Deliciously entertaining from start to finish, this is not to be missed.' (What's on London) - 'Fantastic!' (What's on Stage)

“We Loved Fawlty Towers!”

Oh, my! What fun! We just loved dining with Mr. Fawlty, Sybil, and Manuel. They were all so good in their parts. I'd go back, again, tomorrow and the next day, too. The food was actually good, and the service couldn't have been worse--that's part of the show, of course. It's hard to explain, but if you have a chance, you should go. It's a very entertaining evening--just a scream. Go!

“Brilliant Night Out!”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

We went as a group on Friday 6th June to celebrate a birthday and had a brilliant night 's entertainment. Have not laughed so much for ages. The actors played the parts excellently, I would certainly recomment this night out.

We went here this afternoon and had a fantastic time. We were both a bit apprehensive as to how the characters would be.... no need to worry, they were great. As others have said, they involve you without picking on you. I was 'involved' in a few of the pranks and couldn't stop laughing. This was well worth the money. Keep an eye open for Sybil's Sunday Specials as this is a cheaper ticket for the exact same show. Bought these directly from the interactive website and paid £35 each, against the usual price of £47. Food was good and hot when served...soup, chicken and vegetables, then a lovely chocolate dessert with a fruit coils. Can't tell you how funny this was - totally recommend! Would definitely consider going again. We went as a couple but would be good to take a group too.

“Very good show, ok food.”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

We visited the lovely charing cross hotel last night. The show was great. Some tips, you gather in the "bar" (a room with a table in the corner serving very expensive drinks ) the cast of basil, Manuel and Cybil enter and take the mick out of the guests (you) it's good fun. You will be assigned a table to sit at. If you sit towards the centre of the room you are more likely to take part than if seated towards the outside of the room. Also sat towards the outsides of the room you see more as you are facing the cast rather than having your unsuspecting back to them.

The food is quite plain bland and cheap, but ok. The soup was vegetable, main course of chicken mash and a small amount of veg. And a small choc pudding with coffee.

We had a great time and would recommend you go.
