Our stay at the Nadler Hotel in Soho was all too brief. There is so much to see and do in the proximity of the hotel. We were shown by the hotel staff into a very comfortable room with a little kitchenette carefully concealed behind a cupboard. It had on tap filtered water and a coffee machine as well as a small fridge. Under the bed was an ironing board and iron (very useful!). The friendly staff at reception recommended we go to the Breakfast Club round the corner. We queued for a short time and soon discovered why once we were inside. Full marks to the Nadler Soho!

Soho has more to discover than just about anywhere in London and our front desk team take special pride in guiding our guests so that they make the most of their time with us. We want you to enjoy our hotel, but we want you to enjoy Soho just as much! Thank you for your super review and we look forward to your next visit.

Only stayed for one for one night but was very impressed. Very friendly staff. My room was lovely and had everything I needed and was very comfortable. It was so clean you could never imagine anyone had stayed in It before me. No way to turn down the air con any lower than 19C so I did find it a little warm to sleep in, otherwise everything was perfect. So nice to have proper cotton sheets on the bed and fantastic fluffy towels towels. A very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Dear Val L, thank you for such a flattering review. Our sheets were especially chosen from Josephine Homes so I'm pleased you liked them! The heating/cooling controls work within a specific range designed for hotels and at the lowest setting should provide adequate cooling, and we'll check if its all working as it should. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated!

The hotel almost but did not quite live up to our expectations, having read reviews on Tripadvisor, etc. The upsides are excellent central location, clean modern design, free wifi. The downsides are: Its position means that there is some noise from late-night drinkers at the nearby pubs. Our attractive king room was relatively compact (though described as 'extra spacious') and the narrow wardrobe had been so crammed with fixed coat hangers that hanging anything up was a major challenge. The key card, needed to access the guest floors and the lift, failed to work when we reached our room on the third floor; it was quickly replaced by Reception, but there was no apology for the inconvenience. We found a lipstick from a previous guest on the floor of our room, so although it seemed exceptionally clean there had obviously been a lapse.. But these are relatively minor issues, and overall it was a good stay.

Hello Swanaround. I'm pleased that your overall experience and conclusion were positive. I'm sorry you heard noise at night, which will occasionally occur in Soho, although our rooms are generally very quiet, as most reviewers note. I also apologise for the lipstick, dropped by a housekeeper when checking the room. Our chip & pin key-card rarely fail to work, and our front desk team equally rarely fail to be anything other than polite and caring. Neither situation should have happened so I apologise on their behalf. Our website doesn't use the words 'extra spacious' to describe our king rooms, so if you could advise which website says this, we will ask to have this corrected. Thanks for reviewing us.

If you are looking for a full scale business hotel with excecutive lounge and 5 different buffets this is surely not it - As far as I undstand the only two functions available at this hotel is the reception and rooms but thr concept works and prices are not unacceptable.
The rooms are very new, sleak and minimalistic in design and state of the art when it comes to appliances etc
You find the the autmostphere everywhere is young, fresh with humor but always curtious and professional
Since there is no restaurant you have the option of ordering in breakfast from nearby bakery - This worked perfectly and was delivered to my door exactly at the time ordered
The location is difficult to reach by car but is smack in the middle of the action in SOHO
I can warmly recommend this hotel

Hello PeterRavnRasmussen, As we hope our website explains, our concept of 4* rooms with 5* service, with no restaurant or bar, is different from other hotels so I am pleased that you liked it. We follow the principles of sustainability, working with our local community, where we want our guests to spend their money, rather than on 'added extras' in the hotel. Our mantra has always been "the price you pay at check-out is what you thought you'd pay at check-in", thus offering real affordable luxury. Thank you for the warm recommendation and happy festivities!

We stayed at the Nadler Soho Hotel in December 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at reception were exceptionally helpful - the hotel calls them "ambassadors". The delicious chocolates to greet you, the mini kitchen carefully concealed behind a cupboard door with a Nespresso coffee machine and the ironing arrangements were all nice touches. Our breakfast at the Breakfast Club just round the corner (recommended by the hotel staff) was delicious. Our dinner at Quo Vadis was memorable. The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Soho so we would recommend arriving by taxi or tube.

Dear Shetlander07, thanks for your lovely feedback and review. We want our front desk staff to do more than simply check in and out and hand out maps. Without our own bar and restaurant, they act as our interface with the wonderful local Soho community. They train to become what we call Local Ambassadors, democratising what can be a very formal concierge service in some 5* hotels. I'm pleased their input helped you to enjoy Soho, and delighted you liked the touches that make us unique, like our mini-kitchens. Come back soon and in the meantime, Happy Holidays!

My first stay at The Nadler but definitely not my last! Staff are friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for me. Loved the fact that the room has its own little kitchen built into the wardrobe - brilliant idea, they also provide a breakfast service, where you order the night before and they will deliver to your room.

Rooms are modern and spotless and even come with a GHD hairdryer - loved it!
