For our first trip to London, we could not have chosen better than the Nadler Soho - a modern boutique-style hotel in a fantastic location, near theatres, pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc. We like to walk, so this location was perfect for walking to many places such as Trafalgar Square, museums, Whitehall and Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Hyde Park, Oxford St., Covent Garden, etc. Hotel is clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Maria, Mary Jo, Francesco and Rob for great service and early-morning cappucinos.

Hello Jomargliz, our team thanks you for the lovely mentions (and the 5* review) and asked me to say how much they enjoyed assisting you. We are really centrally located, as you note, and our front desk team love to be able to share their knowledge of Soho and the surrounding area, and to see guests really making the most of London. We know you're here for more than just our hotel, and while we want your experience of The Nadler to be as good as possible, its important for us to hear you had a great experience in London.

A superb boutique hotel overlooking Soho Square and easy walking distance to West End theatres and great pubs/bars/restaurants/shops - couldn't ask for more. Impressive front of house staff that weren't fazed by the fact that we'd left our overnight bag a hundred miles away, in the car at the train station car park! They helpfully provided us with additional toiletries and advice on where to purchase other essentials! It was a surprise trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday and to our delight we had our room upgraded to the top floor suite and a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates – a lovely gesture. It may seem expensive but we thought that it was actually great value for the prime location. We stayed on a Saturday night and Soho was heaving but the atmosphere was amazing and it felt safe and the hotel was quiet. Although breakfast is not included they can order in from Princi’s in Wardour St (a first class artisan bakery) but we chose to go for the full monty British fry-up at Balans in Old Compton Street, which was a great choice and had a ‘feel good’ Sunday morning buzz. We will be back (but next time with luggage!)

Perfect is the first word that comes to mind. Location smack in the middle of Soho with a lot of pubs and great restaurants just around the corner. The staff and the cleaning was spot on. The design is brillant. Even the breakfast as roomservice from a nearby restaurant was nice.

Hi Barenkopf, thanks for that wonderful compliment and review. We are very fortunate to have such a great team, both at the front desk, and behind the scenes, cleaning and maintaining the hotel. They are the unsung heroes, the heart of our hotel. Very pleased you enjoyed the breakfast delivery from Princi, who are well worth a visit round the corner from us in Wardour Street., so come back soon!

The Nadler is really hip and modern with every little detail seemingly thought of from the Nespresso machine and Brita filtered water in the kitchenette, to free wifi in the room. The location can't be beat with numerous restaurants and bars close by as well as China Town and the cool shops in Covent Garden. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in London!

Dear dchorn,

Thanks for the great review and the promise to return. The little details in the room such as the Brita filters and water are an essential ingredient of the hotel. I am happy to hear that you discovered the shops of Covent Garden. Maybe next time you visit, you will allow us to introduce you to some of the outstanding shops in the immediate vicinity. Carnaby Street is only five minutes away.

I stayed here for three nights at the end of April/early May and loved it. The location is excellent - a supermarket around the corner, plenty of places to eat in the surrounding streets, a few minutes' walk from several Tube stations, but still quiet as it is tucked down a side street. There was no internal noise either. I was travelling for business, so a good night's sleep - especially after 30 hours' straight travel on long haul flights - was essential.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable (too snug - wanted to sleep in!), the bathrooms new and spotlessly clean. The design of these compact rooms is clever (eg. there is an ironing board under the bed). The mini kitchen (behind a folding door) enables guests to prepare snacks/light meals, coffee/tea (with basic supplies on hand). There are even umbrellas for guests' use available in the lobby. They've thought of everything. Just brilliant.

Hi lightwork, it's flattering to be described as brilliant! Thank you! Without a restaurant or bar, which is a core part of our concept, we need to make sure guests can enjoy and have access to everything they may want, whether their stay is for business or leisure. That's why our front desk team of Local Ambassadors, together with all our unique in-room amenities, described on our website, are so important. Our aim is to offer greater choice and value, and to give guests the freedom to explore and enjoy the wonderful Soho neighbourhood that surrounds us. It sounds like this worked for you, so thanks for the 5* review.

We stayed at The Nadler Soho in April 2014 for 4 nights. The Hotel is a brllant place with first class decorated modern rooms. Beds magnificant, bathroom luxurious, centrally suited, air con inaudible, etc etc.
The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, their tips on places to go and Restaurants to dine were excellent. So, when you're new to London they can really be of help navigating.
Whatever you choose to do you can feel absolutely free and get assistance from them, whether you decide to have a breakfast delivered of have it outside, whether you wish a good bottle of wine on your room, whether .....
On top: since we decided to travel to the UK with our own cars we had to deal with the parking Problem - which is not a problem when you stay at the Nadler because we received tickets for nearby Soho parking.
We'll be back.

Dear menzelmu,

We have not only thought of about the big things but also the little things that would enhance our guest experience in London, and I am delighted that this was noted. Our Local ambassadors earn their title after rigorous training and I am glad that they were of assistance to you. Location is an integral part of our concept. We select areas where we are surrounded by wonderful businesses that provide our guests with the very best, and then make it easy to access all these facilities. Between our on screen interactive directories, free phone calls and Wi-Fi, Local Ambassadors and mini kitchens, we believe our guests get the best of all worlds - greater choice, value and pricing transparency.

At last a hotel that caters for travelers who want privacy in the middle of the city with good amenities. I loved the fact there was a microwave and a Britax filter in the room. The location is great, next to Soho square and so close to Oxford St. I will definitely stay again, next time either my family.
