“Clean, quiet & excellent service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2014 via mobile

The Nadler is very clean & very quiet. Service is friendly & efficient. The location made it ideal for us. Rooms are small (depending on what you book) but well equipped &, perhaps most importantly, very clean. Well worth a stay!

A great hotel with really excellent staff. It is centrally located in Soho yet the rooms are a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle outside. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Single rooms are in the basement.

Dear Chris Q,

Thank you for your recommendation. We are fortunate to be in the middle of it all yet setback and overlooking the beautiful Soho square. The building was designed and planned to mitigate noise, maintain privacy and ensure safety. I am glad that this was appreciated. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.

We stayed 1 night prior to a trip to Paris on Eurostar with relatives. I booked 2 standard rooms which were of a very good standard, quite small but very well planned layout - ideal for a short stay. The shower was excellent and a good quality hairdryer.
The standard of housekeeping was superb - the room was immaculate.
Our room (202) was exceptionally quiet. We heard no noise whatsoever ....and I am a light sleeper. The bed and pillows were great.

There was a taxi strike on the morning we left and on exiting the lift in reception we were greeted by staff who gave us this information. They had a private vehicle for hire to get us to St. Pancras.
It is a pity they do not provide food though the staff do offer to order a continental breakfast delivered by a local restaurant.

It is the first time we have stayed in Soho after many trips to London over the years. The seedy history of this area in years gone by has been replaced with a buzzing, cosmopolitan feel. We felt totally safe when out at night.
I chose this hotel because we wanted somewhere close to the Piccadilly Theatre where we had booked to see Jersey Boys (which was excellent). The hotel location was fantastic...at the end of a small quiet road.
We will stay again without a doubt...for more than 1 night. We will also look up the Nadler in Liverpool.
Thankyou!

Room Tip: Room 202 very quiet.

Dear escapingfromwork, Thanks for the lovely review and the compliments on our housekeeping. We have a great team with a fantastic head housekeeper, which makes all the difference. I'm delighted you'll be back for a longer stay - Soho offers enough to keep anyone entertained for weeks! Try the breakfast from Princi next time - you'll understand why we don't try to compete with local partners like them on our doorstep! I am also pleased you plan to visit us in Liverpool. Do call the hotel so that they inform you of all the many and varied activities in the city, depending on your interests.

From Check In to Check Out, The Nadler proved to be an excellent choice. I stayed 6 nights in a Superior Room.

After initially booking the Deluxe Room, thinking the size would be reasonable, I personally felt it was too small. If you're only stay 1 or 2 nights, then this shouldn't be a problem, however, I found that paying a little extra for the upgrade was indeed worth it.

The hotel staff were exceptional in their service. Offering assistance at any chance and their professionalism is to be commended.

The location is very close to virtually anything you'd want or need, a Tesco within 2 minutes walk is ever so handy also.

I'll definitely be back again in the future, if the price is right. Really nothing at all to fault here.

Room Tip: It's worth the upgrade if you want more space in your room.

My wife and spent 5 nights at this cool hotel last month. The design is modern and understated. The location was near everything in Soho and the theaters and clubs. The bed was extremely comfortable. We booked the Nadler junior suite. Spotless throughout

The service from Drew, Robert and the rest of the staff was outstanding. Our US electric adapter stopped working and they brought us another UK adapter within minutes. We saw that the problem was that our fuse blew in our US adapter and they brought us 2 new fuses within minutes. Drew came to our room within 1 minute of our phone call and helped us configure the wi fi for our I pad. We will definitely stay here in the future

Dear bts1,

Comfy beds, a quiet night's sleep and great service are the essentials, so it’s good to know we met with your approval in these areas. It is a real pleasure for us to serve our guests and to hear that they've had a great time. It is even better if they have enjoyed Soho as that's just as important as making sure our guests enjoy our hotel.
Drew and Rob join me in thanking you for the superb review and we are delighted to hear that you will stay with us the next time you visit London.
