Our family of 5 stayed at the Nadler Soho at both the front and back end of our European trip. The hotel is very nice and easy to work with. The staff accommodated all of our requests (extra bed in the room, holding a bag for us until we returned on our way home, etc). The hotel is new and is really nice. Has a good "cool" factor. The first stay, there were 3 of us and we had a room on the lower level. Wasn't crazy about that even though it had a little "deck" with large windows. I asked if we could move up to a higher floor. They offered another room, but it was smaller and with the extra bed, we chose to stay in the lower level room. For our stay on the way back home, we were in the Carlisle Suite - Wow! Lovely suite of rooms! Really neat! Overall, the location is really excellent, the hotel is quiet (located at the end of a dead end street so you're in the middle of Soho, but removed) and the beds are awesome! If you

Room Tip: Loved the Carlisle Suite! Ask not to be on the lowest floor.

Hi scoutdog 2010, its great to hear that our hotel worked well for your family stay. One of the many unique aspects of our concept are our superior and deluxe rooms (and Carlisle Suite) where families can sleep an additional child or two without any extra charge. The mini-kitchen, as well as free Wifi and all the clever tech wizardry on our entertainment system, make it easier to keep everyone happy economically! I hope you had some sun, as our lower ground rooms with outside decks are in great demand when the weather is good as they're another unique feature! Thanks for the very 'cool' review!

Dear DaniDL,

Thank you so much for the glowing review. "Perfection" is quite the accolade. I am delighted you liked some of our little extra touches such as the adaptor in the room. We are constantly thinking of what more our guests could need and trying to make sure we have it in the room for them before they have to ask. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to London.

Perfect location in the middle of the trendy Soho next to the Soho square that's very lively all day long. It's also conveniently located a couple of block away from the Tottenham Court Underground Station. Superb service. Nice rooms with several details. Every single staff member was very friendly and took care of any request and need with a smile and positive attitude. Free wifi, plenty of socks to charge your phones. If upgraded you get free Nespresso in your room and also a tiny kitchenette where you have a Britto purifying device to drink an carry pure water.
Highly recommended !!

Hello rodarg, thanks for the lovely 5* review! I am very proud of every member of our team, both front and back of house, as they are what make us truly special, so I am pleased to read you agree. Thanks also for your comments about the mini-kitchens, which we have in every room, even the smallest. Our Brita water filters are a unique amenity and make that Nespresso coffee taste even better!

Have just had 3 nights at The Nadler in Soho as the final instalment of our holiday from 15-18th of July and being 2 adults and 2 teens it was recommended that we stay in the Carlisle suite .
The suite was large by London standards and also very quiet .
The main room was very comfortable and had a dressing room with plenty of storage and a real hairdryer ( always a bonus) . The bathroom was fantastic , with great water pressure and a large wet area , good amenities and all strikingly new .
The main room had a pull down sofa bed and also a further bed set up for us . A small kitchenette had all that we needed and plenty of storage generally. Electronics were modern and great connectivity .
The most outstanding feature however was the staff who from the instant that we arrived were welcoming and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble and service was overall faultless.
I would highly recommend it as a well located base in central London for a family .

Room Tip: Highly recommend the Carlisle suite for a family . Great central area for eateries, shopping ,tra...

Dear DKLMHOwens, we're very pleased we provided you and your family with a great start to your holiday. The Carlisle Suite is perfect for families (or just for those wanting lots of room). The view down into Soho Square really lets you know where you! Thanks for your review and the kind words about our staff - nothing makes them happier than to be able to help guests have the best time in Soho.

We really loved this hotel. It's brand new, and although the hotel overall is kind of understated, the rooms and service were excellent! The hotel does not have it's own restaurant, or bar. We didn't really care about this, as we prefer to enjoy the amazing places are all over London.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by super friendly staff, who were also very helpful with anything we needed to know. To be clear, this hotel is not for the traveler that wants a busy lobby scene. This hotel is about having a great room, right in the middle of Soho, surrounded by great restaurants, and pubs.
The rooms are the key here. They are modern, and "fully loaded". Great beds, and bedding, and excellent bathrooms. The other bonus things, like filtered water tap, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso Machine, were fantastic! The TV and desk area are fully wired to connect your lap top to the TV. The room has a small box with an HDMI cable, and power adapter too! They thought of everything!
The rooms, along with the incredible staff, make this an excellent choice in London.

Dear MiamiBeachPaul

We are fortunate to be in the middle of it all, yet setback and overlooking the beautiful Soho square. Without a restaurant or bar, which is a core part of our concept, we need to make sure guests can enjoy and have access to everything they may want, whether their stay is for business or leisure. That's why our front desk team of Local Ambassadors, together with all our unique in-room amenities, described on our website, are so important. Our aim is to offer greater choice and value, and to give guests the freedom to explore and enjoy the wonderful Soho neighbourhood that surrounds us. It sounds like this worked for you, so thanks for the 5* review.
