Very convenient and reasonably priced. Across road from tube station and right next door to a Little Waitrose and close to Sainsburys. Clean and tidy although basic with no frills. Provides an ideal base for a London trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants nearby but with easy access to tube plenty of options available

Very good hotel. Cheap room rates, considering the high rates on London.
Excelent located near the tube (Vauxhall station) and the bus station, in a few minutes you get the London Center.
The room was very clean and confortable. The bed was very good.
The staff was great and very helpfull. On the last day we ask for keep our luggage for a couple of hours and they keep it on a storage room, very kind.
The room does not have hairdryer, but if you need it, you can ask for one on the reception and they provide you one.
Don´t worry about the bus/train station noise because in your room, you couldn't heard anything (we stayed at 2nd floor).
Nearby there are a Sainsbury's, a Waitrose (great for breakfast items), a Starbucks and a few metres away a Nando's restaurant.
Decidedly highly recommended considering the relation price/quality

At an average cost of £65 per night in central London (Ok just across the river from Pimlico / Westminster) you really can't get a nicer hotel for the money. Perhaps the superb condition of the rooms is just because the hotel is only a year old, not that I cared. It is the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in in London by far. It was also the 'biggest' room, although average by international standards, that I have been able to afford so close to the heart of London. Add to this the excellent transport links on the hotel doorstep, literally the number 88 and 87 buses (excellent routes for tourists) stop right outside the hotel, not to mention a 30 second walk to the tube station means it has transport links second to none. I was worried about the noise from the bus station and underground but didn't hear a thing. Stay here.

My husband and I stayed for one night last week and were really impressed. A £100 hotel room in zone 1 London doesn't get much better than this. Clean, modern rooms, with flatscreen TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities: everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amazingly, there was also no outdoor noise thanks to clever glazing: a real bonus in central London. Staff went out of their way to be helpful: service is really good. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, but grabbed something from Little Waitrose next door. There's also a Sainsbury's, Starbucks and Pret all nearby. Plus with a handy location that's just next to Vauxhall tube/overground/bus station, we'll definitely be back.

Right beside the bus station this was a brilliant location and a very good hotel - excellent for the price. 3 night stay with breakfast. Room very comfortable and clean - basic but all that was required. Staff all friendly and breakfast was better than expected with cereal etc and also sausages, bacon, egg and tomatoes. Next door was Waitrose local which was great for picking up items - kettle and mugs in the room although no fridge. Also Starbucks around corner. Bus and train station so convenient - hopped on and off using Oyster - and into very centre of London in minutes - meant could go back easily to hotel in afternoon before going back out in the evening. Also 'Boris' bikes across the street. Have stayed in hotels in Kensington area before which were more expensive and not as good or as convenient to public transport. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
