Great location for the tube, only 2 stops from Victoria train station and coach station. We checked in early, paying the £10 for checkin from 12, but we got there at 1 and we're told they were just checking the rooms so they'd be 5 more minutes - not a problem for us because we wanted to pop to sainsburys anyway, but bit strange as the rooms are meant to be ready at 12. Room was fine, reasonable size - looks recently refurbished. The bathroom was nice, only had a shower so may be worth asking if you want a bath. Staff were all very polite and helpful when we needed them. Room had great air con which was good. We borrowed an iron from reception which was rubbish and needed descaling and cleaning.
We had breakfast in the morning, which was horrendous - no way is it worth paying £7.65 for! Bacon and sausages were such low quality, and had been sat there for ages - the eggs were congealed scrambled, and the tomatoes weren't really cooked. The cutlery was filthy, there was no mugs or bread left when we got there. Good selection of cereal, but at £7.65 you expect a bit more than a bowl of frosties! I would stay here again but I wouldn't have breakfast.

this travelodge is well located for traveling into london. However we arrived at 14.10 after traveling from scotland and leaving at 3 am. we were not allowed to check in until 14.30 unless we paid an extra £10 which was a lot for an extra 20 minutes. Many other people arrived and we all had to wait until 14.30 then we had to wait ages until the only person on reception got everyone checked in. Rooms were very basic but clean. Breakfast was terrible they did not top up items and we had to ask for cutlery cup bread and we were unable to have a cooked breakfast as all items were not ready together. We asked at reception about the bus service and the gentleman said he was not from london and didnt know. We had no towels and had to ask at reception they said they would send them up and we are still waiting. We would not stay here again.

Great location for tube. Next to bus station and railway but double-glazed windows so not noisy. Brilliant air conditioning. Clean refurbished rooms. Very comfortable beds. Handy for Waitrose and Sainsburys Local.

First rate experience.

Hotel is clean and perfectly adequate for the price we paid. We didn't expect the ritz, we got exactly what we paid for. Its about an half hour walk to London Eye and Westminster Bridge. Beds were comfy but shower was a little temperamental with temperature! Overall nice, clean hotel. A few lovely bars across the road in St Georges wharf.

Upon arriving, I was worried we wouldn't get much sleep, since it is next to a bus station, a tube station, and a busy road. However, we were on the fifth floor- there are 5 floors, plus a sub-floor, the reception and cafe. The place is like a TARDIS. It was bliss. We didn't hear anyone else while we were there. The staff were pleasant. Albeit, we only ever needed to say "hi" to check in and "bye!" to check out. Only one of the two lifts was working, and it is a bit of a squeeze for groups of more than 4, since they are rather small.

We always came home to new bin bags and bed sheets every day (we stayed 3 nights), towels are provided, and you get hair/body wash and foaming hand wash from dispensers in the ensuite (maybe not a good thing, if you like freebies to take away!). There's a window, clothes-hanging area with 6 hangers, full-length mirror, desk, chair and a TV on the wall, in front of bed. It has basic, Freeview channels. There's also a kettle, mugs and disposable cups, with instant coffee and tea. If you want Wifi, it is £3 for 24 hours, but you can get 30 minutes free.

Bed was very comfy, and to have air conditioning was amazing, since it had been sticky, hot weather the whole time we were there.

It's about 40 mins walk to Parliament along the Thames embankment, but there's good tube and bus links if you don't fancy the walk. The hotel is above a Little Waitrose (an unexpected bonus, as I get discount there!), with a small Sainsbury's and Nando's nearby. Would go again.

Visited for a 2 night stay mid week. Rates were cheap. Ideal location for the embankment, lovely river walks and close to many attractions. Right next to tube station and bus station across the road. However once in the room we heard no noise.
Nice bars in the river just turn left at the bridge, lush outdoor seating and places to eat.
In the hotel the floor wasn't hoovered as good as it should have been, bits of fluff all over. The bathroom was clean however. One of the lifts were not working which meant a wait everytime. However a hood place to stay.

This is by far the best London Travelodge I've stayed in. It's so handy for public transport the Tube and bus stops are nearby. It's above a Waitrose. The staff are excellent and go out there way to help guests.
