Couldn't rate this company any higher in terms of their customer service. We had to rearrange FOUR times due to family issues/illness and every time they were so attentive and kind.
The canoeing itself is a lot of fun, it's good to see London from a different angle entirely. You may have to jump in and out of the canoe depending on which route you take but that is up to you.
Overall we had a really lovely Sunday afternoon!

Thank Lucy H

A great way to see part of hidden London: the peaceful canals around the East End. Really friendly staff; laid back and easy canoe and kayak rental.

Our second time taking out a tandem kayak for a paddle up the canal. The staff are great as is customer service. The boats are very stable and easy to maneuver. A great way to enjoy the outdoors in London.

We had a very nice gentle paddling session on the Limehouse Cut. Equipment was nice, James, our instructor, very patient and skill full.
Good fun with friends!!!

Right from the off, these guys were great. Friendly and fun. A thorough safety briefing and off we went. Arrived at the boat which we had hired completely and it was a stunning setting. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Fab BBQ & ice cream too die for! Thanks for making this a truly great day for a group hens. Cant recommend these guys enough!

Is there a higher rating than excellent? If so these guys deserve it.

We took a group out for a hen do around the Olympic Park. Lou and Alfie were fantastic in the booking process, helpful and accommodating, and with really useful suggestions. The booking process was easy, and the price amazingly reasonable.

On the day, everyone was wonderful, flexible and patient with the large group, and gave us a useful briefing before we set off. The route was amazing, through the canals to the Olympic Park, seeing East London from a wholly different view point. We took tandem, kayaks which made for a particularly fun way to spend time together. The team met us at the lock kept us entertained while we rose, which was exciting.

We hire the Milk Float barge for the evening and the team put on a BBQ for us, which superb, the perfect follow on from a great day. The bar is well-stocked with locally made drinks, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The location on the canal is amazing, we sat and drank while the sun set.

Tips. 1) you will get wet, but not soaked, unless you want to be. 2) it is physical but not too draining. 3) you MUST go to the Milk Float, the location and the drinks are not to be missed.

Four of us went on the Tower Bridge trip. It was really superb and we got to see a view of London that many will never get to see. Katy and Scott looked after us so well and we felt safe and secure. Thoroughly recommend this as a half day out.

Went with a group of 13 (adults and kids) on a 4 hour River Lea canoe trip to Princess of Wales pub and back. Really good fun, lovely team. Last summer we did a Thames trip with Moo which was one of the best things I’ve ever done in London. Very highly recommended

Went yesterday with a bunch of misfits who I work with. Absolutely fabulous day we had so much fun. The kayaks tandem very stable easy to paddle, we went up the Limehouse cut for about 1.5 km & back laughing all the way, parts are beautiful weeping willows, baby moorhens & ducklings everywhere. Was just the best day out for ages as a 50 something hardly in peak fitness woman, i found it quite easy, the staff were brilliant with their pre kayak talk & also helping us all in & out of the kayaks - big thanks to them. Bring a spare pair of trousers or shorts your legs will get wet, or a black bin bag to cover your legs. There is no toilet at facility nearest 5 min away, they provide little barrels to put some of your valuables in - & also will let you leave your backpack etc in their little office - they keep it locked whilst you are out. i would recommend cycling or boating gloves, when the paddle gets wet it slides around & makes it harder to use & also more risk of blisters on hands. For me an older umm bird not mega fit by any means i absolutely loved it highly recommend Moo Canoes.
