Just loved this widespread market. So many unusual items. Had a great morning tea in the basement area and very reasonable. Takes a good three hours

a visit to Camden especially on a Sunday is well worth it. The market is spread around the main street and the lock area.
Food is available from all corners of the earth with some unusual items for sale in the shops and stalls many resemble beach huts. Camden tube station is closed from mid afternoon for a couple of hours so you will need to walk to the next station, 6 minutes
Dont be put off its a great experience
I had taken a 1 hour canal boat ride as part of my London Pass where Camden Lock was the final stop. There were quaint restaurants, shops, and a well known outside market there. I was going to the London Zoo after as another stop with my London Pass. It is only about a 15 minute walk back on the path along the canal.
a lovely trip for the family from little venice along the regents canal ending up at Camden, lock, trip costs between 6 and 9 pounds each, we love eating off the street stall, you can have a huge plate of food for around £4 so great to treat the kids in school hols, the atmosphere is brilliant, its so busy and theres a market stall for everyone, bit busy at weekends though
We took a stroll along the canal and were amazed at the wildlife we spotted, parakeets flying around and settling in the treetops, rats diving into the canal, swimming and diving and a cheeky fox walking trough some well kept gardens.
It was lovely to leave the crowds behind and find a bit of tranquillity in the city centre.
Great funky place in the "trendy" area of London.
Fantastic food market right next to the lock. Great place to sit in the sun on a nice hot summers day.
