I had just visited Taipei and Yilan last month with my family. It was then that I realised how difficult it must be for the chefs at this place to cook all these separate dishes in one tiny shop. In Taiwan, you will only find one type of food in each shop/stall. Not all in one = unlike Old Tree Daiwan Bee.
Having just tasted the real thing in Taipei and memories are still fresh, I personally thinks this place has done a great job in bringing the taste of Taiwan to Soho.
However, they have another bigger shop in Golders Green, and the 2 places serves different things, so to satisfy my hunger, I need to travel to both.
I personally likes oyster omelette, stewed belly pork rice, stewed eggs, coconut bubble pearl tea, ice coffee (strong), stewed pig's trotters and 3 cups chicken.
