The coffee was so expensive yet so bad I had to throw it away! When I spoke to staff about it they basically told me "tough luck"!

Good coffee and sandwiches. My daughter loved it and got a Spiced Pumpkin Latte, before it was offered in the U.S.
Starbuck's has OK coffee and it's a nice place to pick up wifi when traveling abroad. Without the free wifi, I would probably look for another coffee stop.
This was a tired little coffee shop with the usual menu. I chose a bacon butty and there was plenty of bacon on it and it was VERY hot (if rather flat) when it came back to me. The barista had made a point of offering sauce and I chose ketchup, but no sauce appeared.
I ordered tea and it was wet and warm, though unpleasant because of the scummy water in London.
