This was the 3rd time we stayed at the Soho and it won't be the last. The staff are lovely and couldn't have been more helpful, the rooms are great - good size, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are large with a tv. I love the little bottle of pillowmist housekeeping leaves with the turndown service.

We requested an early checkin because we were arriving from New York early in the morning and this was accomodated.

I would also recommend the restaurant, breakfasts are lovely.

Overall this is a great hotel, it's a 5* in a great location without the stuffiness of some of the other high end London hotels.

A fantastic hotel, trendy, individual, great rooms. Not the cheapest in London, but one of the best.
Rooms are spacious, have great en suite facilities and the fabrics used luxurious and sumptuous. A lot of thoguht has gone into the design of the rooms as well as the public areas. We did not eat there as we were invited out, but we will certainly stay there again.

We chose to stay here during a week trip to London to check out the Shard and watch the ridiculously fantastic New Year's Eve fireworks show (augmented by a legit soundtrack that included CHVRCHES last year).

The hotel is pleasantly tucked away off a small side street in SoHo. You can walk thru the hotel lobby to a bustling street on the other side of the hotel, where there is some really solid Thai food (Busaba Eathai), streetwear (Undefeated) and a bunch of restaurants and bars.

The rooms are all pretty unique but up-to-par for a 5 star hotel. I found it to be really quiet and easy to sleep, though NYE was marked by some parties to the right adjacent apartment, one of which we attempted to crash but were eventually discovered (not looking like Harry Potter, they knew).

I was considering the Four Seasons near the park and a few other mainstream properties but this boutique turned out to be really cozy and social.

I stay in a lot of hotels around the world but this is probably my favourite. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Its an oasis right in the middle of the West End/Soho. Bedrooms were large and amazing, staff were exceptional and food was lovely. My wife and I loved the laid back vibe combined with professional service. The décor is perfect. To top it off - the best concierge in London.

Room Tip: If you are a light sleeper you may need to keep windows closed. You are staying in one of the noisie...

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Soho Hotel with our daughters.
It was fantastic from start to finish.
The rooms are amazing, cocktails, beds, shower exceeded all our expectations. Location is great, walking distance from most of London.
We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor which was a great place to watch some of the celeb guests come and go.

We now have the other hotels in the group to visit. A hardship we are more than willing to cope with!

Room Tip: Stay at the front of the hotel.

We stayed here first several years ago then last weekend for my big 50, a bit tricky to find, tucked away in Soho. Great reception experience, upgraded room, wow. Ambience, facilities, the team, all top notch and worthy of the cost. Had a lovely lunch in the hotel restaurant, great drinks in the uber trendy bar. This is the place to stay for the urban hip, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed with my SO in the Soho Hotel for one night in late July. we felt welcomed from the first minute and check-in was done in a very friendly way.
The moment you enter the hotel you just feel at home. Everything is done in a very nice color scheme, there are flowers all the way through the hotel and all in all, there is a calm aura.

Our room was wonderful - very nicely decorated and had a huge window front and it's own small terrace. The bathroom was huge and very well laid out. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

We had drinks in the bar before our dinner outside and again, the atmosphere was very upbeat, cool.
Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Eggs Benedict were made to perfection and the selection of müesli, granola and fresh fruit was to a very high standard.
I wish, we stayed longer - will definitely come back when traveling to London the next time.
