“Go for a Long Walk”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 via mobile

Strolling along the river across from Parliament all the way up to St Paul's Cathedral is a must. Take your time to have a drink, sit and people watch and just take in the beauty of the river and the city. It should take 2-3 hours and will be one of the best things you do while in London.

“It's a river - what's near it is what's neat”
Reviewed 12 July 2014

The river itself is OK. There are some nice and some not so nice areas along it. (The south bank is a good area to walk.) We did a lot of walking along the river, but there aren't really that many scenic places. Just the well known obvious ones.

Take a ride on any of dozens of different boats tours and you will see so many sights in the old days everything was built on the river so now the sights are on the river

“A Very long walk but worth it.”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

You can see it all on this walk. Take your time, have a drink, walk and see all the great attractions, stop take some pictures(we took a lot), walk some more, stop and have some fish and chips, walk to the BIG RED BUS and go home for the evening.
