We booked this when we went to an O2 gig and found it to be a comfortable, clean hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the hotel (10-12 min) but is the closest to the O2. The breakfast buffet was fine but I was disapppointed there wasn't any bacon available! The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and tea/coffee making stuff. I'd stay again.

Good quality hotel, value for your money. 10 minute walk to the o2 arena/north greenwich tube station. The hotel will book a taxi for you if you don't want to walk which costs £5. Rooms are clean and pretty modern, nice comfortable beds and decent size flat screen television. It is situated next to a busy main road but noise isn't an issue unless you're an extremely light. Breakfast was basic but was okay and will fill you up.

What can i say about this place? Nothing much really, stayed here with the family on a recent visit to the capital and well ok if you are going with just the two adults, but with the two kids forget it unless you like living in a shoe box. Very small for four people, beds shocking (worst nights sleep ever) sofa bed even worse, bathroom shower curtain a bit short, so no way around a soaking wet tiled floor, not good. The toilet in the hotel bar (mens) was a disgrace, but wont go into that.
On the whole not a family hotel.............

Dear Guest,

Firstly, I would like to thank you very much for taking your time to share your comments about your recent stay with us and for bringing your dissatisfaction to our attention. We are taking our guests’ feedback very seriously as without constructive criticism we are unable to constantly monitor and improve our service.

I was very disappointed to read that you did not enjoy the size of our family rooms. Kindly allow me to clarify that children stay free when sharing a family room with their parents but we are more than happy to offer some adjoining rooms if you require more space.

With regards to the cleanliness issues, I would like to assure you that it has been already addressed with our housekeeping team as this is not the usual standard of our hotel.

I would like to apologize that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion and we hope that this negative experience will not deter you from staying with us in the future.

Sincere regards,
Paulina Poskrobko

Stayed here last fri and sat nights. Very comfortable and clean hotel, in a good position for the 02, as we have our OAP bus passes we could catch any bus to and from the 02 and to nearby Greenwich. I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet, a choice for every preference. Our only problem was that on Saturday morning there was no hot water, a pump filling the tank with hot water had broken, so had to boil the small kettle to get water to wash with. To be fair, that night was refunded, but must have cost them a fortune in refunds.
Would stay again.

we stayed here for 1 night to see a show at the o2 and the location couldn't be better - just a 10 minute walk away. rooms were comfortable and clean though i would of liked a bigger bed! staff very friendly and polite. you can hear the noise from the roads outside but not enough to keep you awake. missed breakfast because we were not up in time so cannot comment on the food. have already booked to stay again in april when we are seeing another show.

Stayed at this hotel as it is very close to the O2 where I was attending a concert. Plenty of parking which is only £7 a night when staying in the hotel. The hotel was very clean, had a lot more facilities than was expecting, and did think it would be very basic. Nice bar, great breakfast buffet style, area to relax in. Like the security with the lift and stairs access which you have to use your room key to work the lift and choose floor or open door to stairway. Room was a decent size, double bed, small sofa, tv hairdryer, open style wardrobe with hangers, area to store luggage, decent size bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and room to store your toiletries. Breakfast tasted good, good choices and all hot and area to eat it in was nice with tv. If you are visiting the O2 this is in a fantastic location. Walk to the arena, restaurant next to hotel and few other restaurants and shops 5 - 10 minute walk away too, would definately stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights during the half-term week and when the storms hit the UK. Arrived to find Superbreak had not given the hotel details of my request but did have a copy on me. Whilst it was a little wait to get allocated a room - it was to our satisfaction and they met my requests, so thank you Holiday Inn.

Breakfasts available was hot/cold and enough and adequate - help yourself service but finding a table was a little difficult which was clean but the staff worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they will help.

The hotel is within walking distance to the O2 arena along with the North Greenwich tube station about 15-20 minutes walk but not unpleasant. There is a cinema complex and a few eateries within distance if you turn out the hotel right literally 5 minute walk along with a Chinese restaurant below the holiday inn express on site.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are well adequate for your needs - beds comfortable and friendly staff all round.

Room Tip: High up room as i could imagine lower floors would be noisy although i always request a high floor r...
