needed parking, Premier Inn Greenwich no guarantees, so switched to here. On discovering it was out of town, thought I'd made a mistake, but I hadn't North Greenwich tube was 10 minutes walk. Riverboat another 3 minutes from there, same as O2. Greenwich Park 15minutes walk. Hotel clean, tidy and reasonable parking tarif. Will use again.
Next door to iMAX and only 10 mins walk from Mountain View restaurant (check out my review).

We booked to stay here through a theatre break package and we were not disappointed. The hotel was a little further from the theatre than we realised but it was the cheapest and it provided on site overnight parking for £7 and it was only a 20 min tube ride to Victoria. The good service started from the moment we pulled into the car park - a friendly gentleman greeted us and directed us to the best parking area for the hotel entrance. The reception staff were very friendly and we were checked in by a trainee who was very competent. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If was a pleasant, bright room and very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was perfect. The free wifi was very easy to set up and we were able to connect our 2 phones and tablet and the Internet speed was very fast. On our way out we asked a different member of reception staff the way to the tube station and he very confidently directed us and produce a tube map for us to take away. He wished us a pleasant evening. On our return at about 1130, the night staff greeted us warmly and we decide to have a drink at the bar and we're served promptly. We took some more complimenty tea and coffee for the room and retired. The Beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep (apart from the slight disturbance at about 3am when some noisy guests returned to their room). The breakfast the next morning was perfectly acceptable, the only thing missing that would have been nice was someone to greet us and show us to a table. The breakfast had a large choice of continental items and drinks and some hot food. Not ideal if you want a full English but we didn't so were more than satisfied. We then returned to the room and relaxed seeing as we didn't have to check out until midday. Check out was smooth and faultless. All in all a good experience and provided exactly what we required.

Really good HI express, probably the best I've stayed in. Excellent reception staff, really helpful. Yes it is a bit out on a limb with very little near by, but perfectly suited our needs for Monty Python at the O2. Good bar area, complementary breakfast and good value. Comfortable rooms and not too small as in many budget hotels.

Room Tip: All the rooms are the same so doesn't matter which one you get.

We stayed here when attending a Christening in Greenwich. The room was comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast basic but fine. Staff helpful providing iron and ironing board. 10 to 15 minutes walk to station and Greenwich centre (£7 in taxi from Cutty Sark) At £88 for a Saturday night it represented excellent value.

Stayed here due to a conference at the O2 arena - only 15 mins leisurely walk away so I don't think you'll get much closer. Staff were great and coped well with the group of 80 of us. Rooms of a good size and wifi was available even in a room on the 7th floor which I was really impressed with. Staff more than happy to book taxis (just £7 into Greenwich) and had a selection of take away menus to order food into the hotel.

Room Tip: Higher levels have a better view but there's only two lifts to service seven floors so can be a...

I stayed here for 2 nights last November (2013) a couple days after my birthday to see The Weeknd in concert at the O2 arena.
The location is brilliant, we weren't driving so 2 stops on the bus from the tube station and about 15 minutes walking to the O2, we hopped in a cab when coming back from the concert at 12am and it was £8!! If you are driving I saw there was plenty of space outside the hotel. Also there is a Sainsbury's round the corner where we got snacks and drinks and even an odeon cinema for those wanting to catch a film.
Breakfast in the morning was great - not so much fruit selection - but sausages, scramble eggs, beans, tomatoes and bread which you can toast, croissants jams, yoghurts and juices. Not a luxury breakfast but very decent and filling.
I could not fault the room, huge bed which was so comfortable we didn't want to leave, both firm and soft pillows which was a god send for my boyfriend an I, and the room and shower area were faultlessly clean. There's a strong free wi-fi connection and sizeable tv. There was a kettle with hot chocolate, tea and coffee which I felt was a nice touch, you just had to ask at the lobby if you ran out. The sofa which can also be pulled out into a bed was also really comfy. Had no issue with air con as it was winter the room was kept nice and toasty.
The price of the room considering the location was ok especially as it is walking distance to the O2, I also might have paid the flexible rate but I booked a whole month in advance so had hoped it would be a little less. I had little interaction with the hotel staff but they seemed lovely enough my one gripe was the lifts would play up sometimes - you had to use your room card to gain access to floors above 1. It did make for funny conversations with strangers trying to work it out!
We enjoyed ourselves so much at this hotel we will definitely be back if ever in Greenwich for a concert again!!

We were here 3 nights found easily and car parking plenty and reasonable at £7 a day. Location wise for O2 cant be better. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a huge problem with aircon having to chnage rooms three times in first night and aircon failed in 3rd room also. Staff tried to fix and were very helpful but until engineer attended next day we had no luck.
In summary great staff grwat location for O2 and good for tourism if you travel into london via river commuter boat £16 for a day on and off as many times as you want andnv fast

Tip 1: eat and drink at the Pilot gastro pub great food, beer and garden and roof terrace 10 mins to hotel and 5 to O2
Tip 2: ask for high room with a view
Tip 3: ask if aircon deffo ok with room and check pre unpacking. Any ongoing probs contact

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review on Tripadvisor.
I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location for The O2 as well as helpfulness of our staff.
However, I was extremely disappointed to read of your experience with air conditioning unit which did not work properly. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by having to change rooms three times in the middle of night. I am glad that our members of staff tried to do their best in order to rectify the issue for you. In your comments you advised to contact Guest Relations in case our guests experience any problems. I would like to clarify that here at the hotel we aim to solve all issues as soon as they arise. Therefore, we suggest that our guests notify Reception directly should they require any assistance.
Once again, I would like to thank you for your feedback and I hope that this negative experience will not deter you from staying with us in the near future.

Kind regards,
Paulina Poskrobko
