We stayed as a family over New Year for 3 nights. We usually stay on south bank but due to fireworks chose a quieter location. Hotel was as expected for premier inn, although it is a bit of a squeeze for family of four in one room. Loved location, great for visiting Tower of London, Tower bridge, Monument and walking along Thames. Staff in the main we're fantastic, friendly and helpful and seemed genuine.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, very modern decor and great breakfast. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile. Travelling with 2 young children off to see a musical and a concert, a very hectic weekend but the comfort helped at the end of the day. The breakfast was fantastic, set us up for the day. Very quiet and very close to Monument Underground to easy to get around.

Bar and restaurant on site also extra bonus.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 10.Very spacious the only down side was that was very limited daylight, no view fr...

Don't be put off by the location in the City if you want to go shopping in the west end. The tube station (Monument) is only 3 mins walk away and a 10min ride to Oxford Street. Great Hotel, polite staff who go the extra mile, Breakfast very good. Nice clean room with flat screen TV (multi channels)

We stayed on 29 December for one night, a family of 2 adults & 2 children. Check in was excellent and very slick, staff were polite and always smiling and could not do enough for you. The room was large and very clean, we were on the 7th floor. Jesus was always there to help, on reception, at dinner & breakfast. There was a delay with our table for dinner, so Jesus arranged for us to have a complimentary platter which was delicious. With problems in the kitchen, there was also a delay with our food, but Jesus kept us informed and worked so hard to please everyone. It seemed he was there day & night. It was a lovely hotel, one we would visit again thanks to Jesus. An excellent employee, all hotels should have one!

Room Tip: Higher floor, better view.

This is in such a good, quiet location just around the corner from Monument underground station. The staff are lovely, really friendly, very helpful and extremely professional. They were all great but I do have to single out Jesus who was charming, concerned, honest, professional, efficient and great fun. Whitbread you have a star with this employee! The breakfast was the best we have had in any Premier Inn and I have to commend the staff for working so incredibly hard to keep the buffet topped up with hot, fresh food - and doing it with smiles on their faces despite some pretty horrid guests! The rooms were excellent, clean, and the bed really comfortable. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Really enjoyed stopping here and will be stopping here again. There are some minor building glitches with this new hotel and the restaurant/buffet layout could do with some revision but I am sure this will happen in time as the staff get used to the new surroundings. I would like to see a guest safe put in each room, and Whitbread - review your Internet access charges. It should be free!

Room Tip: This is in the City and so the rooms are overlooked by other buildings.
