Had a short break in London for family sight seeing trip The hotel's location was excellent, 10 min walk to Tower of London. The hotel was lovely and clean with very helpful and friendly staff, this I noticed from walking through the door!

What a fantastic hotel.all the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful..Julian on reception was attentive and very very helpful, anything we wanted nothing was a problem,if I have any advice for premier inn to help flagging hotels is send Julian to train them up..!! The chef at breakfast was a real fun chap chatting and playing with the children.
The location is fantastic,2 minutes from the tube station..

Ideally located in the heart of London at the North side of London Bridge. Family room was a good size and comfortable. No noise heard from other guests. Little things like the 'Shushh Zone' in bedroom corridors and the TV's not going over a certain volume at night, definitely helped. Staff very friendly and polite and always looking to help out with anything you want. Restaurant had a good selection of food and breakfast buffet always stocked even during busy times (between 8-9 can be busy but they warn you of this). Prices reasonable for central London.Only discomfort was the temperature in the restaurant, which could get chilly if you sat there for some time. Very small thing which did not spoil our stay. Really helped our stay in London to be a memorable one.

Stayed here on business for 3 days at the start of April 2014. Speedy checkin, clean room and comfortable bed with good TV channels to choose from. The restaurant was pretty good too, although a little bit expensive for what it was...

We stayed here for our Easter break - a great spot, just by the tower, river & monument station. It was busy as we arrived on marathon day (watching the runners at bottom of the hill a real treat). Staff were really friendly, helpful and great with the kids.

Best stay we have had at a budget hotel. Stayed for 2 nights during the Easter Holidays. The family rooms were spacious even with four of us sleeping in them. The beds were comfortable including the 'put me up' bed which felt very sturdy compared to many we have experienced.

There staff were very attentive and friendly. We booked 'meal deals' which were very convenient and excellent value. The food was well cooked and nicely presented.

The location was fabulous, just a few minutes walk to the nearest tube station which was on the Circle and District lines, but also gave great access to other lines and therefore making all of London easily accessible.

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms have better views.
