I agree wholeheartedly with many of the comments made in the other reviews. You do get a great nights sleep and the staff seem genuinely pleased to help you in any way they can but for us at least, the 'breakfast experience' marred what was, in all other respects, a wonderful stay. At peak times, they appeared woefully understaffed. Tables could not be cleared/set up quickly enough to cope with demand and although the staff have to be applauded for their efforts, the whole thing was rather shambolic. In the food area, it was a similar scenario. Food for both the continental breakfasts and the hot meals could not be replenished quickly enough. Staff were stressed and under pressure and it showed. Would I have the breakfast package again? Probably not, at least not here. And that's a shame.
