“Biggest UK screen”
Reviewed 4 December 2013

Went to see Thor:The Dark World and was well impressed by the film and the IMAX experience, both the sound and visuals quality were excellent. Get your booking sorted early and that way you should have a good choice of seat, as others have said it's better to be screen-central and towards the back. The staff here are very helpful and efficient.

“Great experience”
Reviewed 11 November 2013

We went here to see a 'one night only' showing and I'm glad we did. Great experience and the IMAX certainly makes it something different.

Certainly worth getting seats a few rows back or make sure you stretch your neck first!

“Excellent ... on a good day.”
Reviewed 11 November 2013

IMAX is worth a go as it does deliver a unique cinema experience. However, you should pick your film, and preferably your seat, with care. Sit as far back as possible and towards the centre of the screen if you can. There is a trade-off between having the screen cover your entire field of vision (which is good) against seeing films with lots of peripheral action where it can end up feeling like watching a tennis match from the side (which is bad).

We saw Gravity last week which was an excellent film for IMAX and I thoroughly recommend it. Before that we saw Prometheus which also worked quite well (but wasn't such a good film). Before that we saw Wrath of the Titans which I found impossible to watch in parts because there were too many action sequences which were shot very zoomed in and so fast you had no way of following them on a 20m screen. The film was pants too, sadly.

“Largest IMAX-screen in Britain.”
Reviewed 8 November 2013

If you're off to see a movie in London, go here.
I would recommend the seats a few rows below the premium seats. You still won't need to strain your neck and the screen will cover a larger part of your field of vision. Oh, and they also have a bar.
