My 28 year old Son and I stayed five nights while seeing the sights of London. (27.11.13-1.12.13) Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and warm and the bedding clean, and the bathroom adequate. It was very handy having a bathroom sink in our room too. We had a street view and opening window for fresh air. No problem with internet being on the first floor, and with no elevator it was good not having to climb too many stairs with luggage. Breakfast included gave us a good start to the day, even if it was very basic. It was value for money, can't expect any more. We enjoyed the location with local shops and restaurants within five minutes walk (lots to choose from) and close to the Underground which was essential. This place filled our requirements, and bonus to be able to walk to Museums and Knightsbridge.

Perfect position, really cheap but unclean. No tents in the bathroom, it's like having a shower on the street, well, if you dare having a shower!
It would be better without moquette carpet - moquette is everywhere!

We spent 2 nights with a friend here.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, it was really pleasant.
Ideal location in central London, 5 minutes walk to shops, coffees, and underground.
Nice rooms and bathrooms.

Quality matches price. Service sufficient. Too small breakfast room and poor breakfast, but it matches price. Very compliant personnel. Verry good accessability to underground and buses. Small rooms but relatively clean. Who looking for this price can´t expect also luxury.
