I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2014. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you get whatever you need. Whilst the building is getting a little tired it is always clean. The breakfast is Halal which came as a bit of a shock but it’s perfectly edible and well cooked. The location is well served by public transport and the Elephant and Castle station is only a few minute walk down the road. There are a number of food outlets close bye and a decent pub with good food within 500 meters.

I would have scored the hotel higher is it was no so dated and if the residential (hostel) opposite was not so noisy.

Room Tip: try to avoid having a room that faces the hostel (?)opposite people come and go quiet often and week...

The Bridge is a great place to stay for a trip to South London. The rooms, although small and basic, are perfectly acceptable and clean. Bathrooms are en suite. You even get a couple of pieces of fruit and a bottle of water in the room as well as the usual tea and coffee facilities. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. It's not the Hilton but it's not Hilton prices either. I'll be back.

I was visiting a friend in London and looked for a hotel near where she lives and found this one. The people working there are really nice and helpful. The room was clean, so was the toilet. Though it was small I had enough space for all my bagage. The only thing which was not so positive was that the wifi connection didn't work properly.

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights here while on vacation in London. It is near several Tube stations and within walking distance to pretty much all attractions, as well as dining options and pubs. If you're looking for glamour and luxury then maybe go drop twice the cash somewhere else, but it was very clean and in a safe neighborhood and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, including letting us store our bags there after check-out while we went on a tour of Buckingham Palace. So basically, if you're looking for luxury this isn't it, but if you want a clean and hospitable place to stay for a very reasonable price located VERY VERY close to pretty much any London attraction, then this is perfect. HIGHLY recommend :)

Good wifi too.

If you want a nice pub in the area, The Stage Door is just around the corner, great drinks and cool roof deck!

Although this hotel is fairly central, the rooms were terribly small and hot with only an over head fan that was ineffective. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was fresh water placed in the room everyday and it is inexpensive but I would not stay there again

The hotel is located near Elephant and Castle station with five min walk, and opp to the South Bank University. Simple and clean room and reasonable price in London such an expensive city. Its shared washroom which I didnt notice when booked but luckily two washrooms on the floor and no queuing needed. One minor problem is no air con but only warm tube, fortunately the london summer is not that hot and I can sleep well in two nights.

I visited this hotel for a few days during the summer. It is located very conveniently close to tube stations and tourist attractions such as the London Eye, Buckingham palace and London bridge. When you enter you are met with a smile, and there are fresh fruits and water that await you in your room. Breakfast was outstanding. The negative reviews you read hold no truth...This place is trully amazing. I can't fault it at all, expect that there is no lift, but you can request to be put on lower floors. Their customers' needs come first ☺
