They sell you a family room for 5 and it is for 3. You can barely walk between the beds. Tiny night stand, just one in the room. Only two outlets in the room barely working. Very crammed bathroom, not even space for the soap in the shower, nor where to hang the towels. No room for clothes or luggage. Tiny TV on the wall with very bad cable signal. Hard to get WIFI. Stifling hot, no air conditioning and a non working fan. Of the 4 night stay, the first night was spend in a dungeon like room with a tiny window, and really bad beds. When we asked they to change rooms to two doubles, they told us that are booking did not allow any changes. They finally put us on a third floor, almost same size room. The 2 beds are not queen size, but full and the third one is twin. They told us booking is non refundable or we would have moved to another hotel, we paid in full before they let us even see the room.
Beware of the free breakfast, bread, cheese, croissants, and corn flakes in a cramped room. No A/C.
The last night we came back to an unmade room, and the best thing they did was to offer 6 hand towels, because they didn't have any bath towels.
Don't ever think of staying in this hotel, you will regret it.

First of all, pictures posted on Booking.com were not reflecting reality. Apparently they were outdated. Do not expect much. Our family room was the size of regular room with two double beds, which were not suitable for 2 people each. No closet or storage area for luggage of 4 people, so all left around beds, we could barely move in the room. Bathroom could accomodate 1 person at the time - very, very small. Breakfast selection well under average in this category. Dining room could not accomodate all guests. Front desk staff could be nicer.

We ( 2 adults & 3 teens ) stayed Friday and Saturday night. Only 4 minutes from Paddington station and tube.
Good location giving easy walking to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Soho, Regent Street and Leicester Square.
The Hotel was well presented from outside.
The room was clean but basic, if not a little dated. Our room had 2 double beds and a single bed. Plenty of storage and cupboards. Coffee / tea facilities, TV, 2 seater settee and a shower room with loo and hand basin. Plenty of towels ( changed both days ). The room and beds were comfortable amd warm.
Breakfast was continental but sufficiant, although the breakfast room itself was a little cramped when full.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you don't want anything fancy and expensive but a great location then try here.

We stayed here recently and for what we needed, it was good.

Firstly the staff were very helpful and let us look at two rooms before choosing. The room we chose was being painted but we arrived early so this was not a problem. The staff let us leave our bags before we checked in and also for most of the day after we checked out which saved a lot of hassle as we were travelling with a toddler and lots to carry.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. Very close to Paddington station. It was also close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde park. We walked to the Science Museum (25 mins on other side of the gardens). We also walked to Oxford and Regent streets. The road of the hotel has plenty of places to eat and the hotel itself is in a nice area. Staying in this hotel we were able to do plenty but never had to leave zone 1 on the tube.

The bathroom looked recently renovated, and although small it was adequate and fairly modern. Unfortunately the water pressure flooded the flood everytime we opened the tap in the basin.

They gave us a cot to use for our daughter.

I would stay there again as it was very convenient.

Room Tip: Ask to see room if possible.

I booked this hotel for my managing director, a standard double room for £94.00, not the most expensive hotel but also not the cheapest either.
I did it through laterooms.com
And on their web site the pictures of the standard double looked nice, clean and well decorated. When he arrived he was shown to his room where it had multiple beds and seemed to be in the basement area, it was cirtainky not what I had booked him. When I called to explain this wasn't what I had booked and could they please put him in the room I had booked, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.
I then called late rooms to ask for their help, they were very helpful and experienced the se problem with the manager.
They would not refund or change the booking, despite the fact that clearly my boss was not in the room I had been sold online. In short, don't use this hotel , they don't deserve business when they treat their clients like this.
Very dissapointing.

Rooms are small but clean! Slightly remodeled rooms/bathrooms. Does the job if wanting slightly cheaper place to stay. Convenient free wi-fi and included breakfast. Was very close to hop on and off Big Bus Tours buses to bring you in towards all the attractions. Would stay again!

The hotel are situated in an area relatively close to quite much. Unfortunately, the breakfast doesn't include much and the room is too small to hold all guests. Some staff are polite and humouros while others aren't.
