“Fab for the money !!! :)”

Literally just stayed here last night and cannot really fault the place. Location is awesome, clean tidy and very spacious room and fantastic value for money. I paid about £60 and was in a room that had 2 double beds and a single. Decent size bath, decent size tv, fridge, coffee/tea and biscuits plus breakfast is included in the price. I was leaving before the set breakfast time but had a continental breakfast delivered to my door (on the very top floor) at 6am which was a big help. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels and quite a few that were much more expensive yet this was everything i needed. I'll definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Was at the very top of the building next door to the main hotel but actually loved the room. (32)

Stayed here two nights.Reception pleasent.Room 2 in the basement a roomy room with no window, a very comfortable double bed, sofa, big TV, large en suite and loads of storage. Kettle with coffee, tea and biscuits. Breakfast was good and varied but there are not enough tables so you have to be there early or you could be faced with a long wait in the doorway. This was not a problem for me, sleeping next door, I got woken very early by someone laying the tables!
Location is great for central London.
Ensuite was a bit shabby with yellowing paint and broken tiles and fittings

The staff was very nice and friendly. They stored our luggage upon early arrival and late departure. Extremely helpful but the accommodations left a lot to be desired. Very thin walls, front of the building you can clearly hear people talking on the street, and the floors were uneven. No niceties in the bathroom, just a tiny "packet" of shampoo. Breakfast included was marginal at best.
We only stayed one night and were looking for a budget hotel (6 of us)....we got it!

Room Tip: Ask for back of the building.

Having recently stayed in another hotel just a few yards down I can give this the thumbs up for value for money...breakfast is included as are coffee powder and teabags in the room. We also needed breakfast before the set time and it was duly delivered to our very top room in the morning. No lift so avoid being given the top room if elderly, infirm or drunk! Overall though a nice little stay.

Room Tip: Maybe not the front or very top.

A warm and friendly escape on London's coldest night on record. Perfect and different. The service was good and a substantial breakfast is included in the room rate. The location is good for all the West End and to access outer London villages.

Room Tip: Check that the floor is right for you since there is no lift.

I stayed one night on business and took the cheapest single room- something I frequently do in London. This meant I had a separate bathroom and it was on the very top floor with no lift. Despite that I was pleasantly surprised. The room was well furnished with more facilities than I expect in London at this price. The bathroom - across the hallway but only used by my room - was also well appointed witha power shower. All was very clean. Breakfast was included - once again, unusual at this price. It was pretty good and I paid an additional £3 for a cooked breakfast which was freshly prepared for me and good value. Reception and waiting staff were helpfu; offered assistance with bags, London maps etc. Overall a good stay. Well done!

Room Tip: Top floor rooms are a long way up with no lift.
