Stayed for 1 night in December, rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Shower was fantastic and breakfast was amazing, great location 5 mins walk to Tower Bridge. Well worth a stay, it's a quality hotel.

Stayed at Apex City of London this weekend and I was very impressed.

The location, value for money, staff, rooms and hotel interiors were excellent. I would definitely come back, especially if I was in or around this part of London.

This was my first time at an Apex and would definitely now seek out other Apexs.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on 'mad Friday' and from check in to check out absolutely everything was amazing. The hotel is very well located, just around the corner from Tower Hill station and St Katherine's Dock. The hotel itself is very clean, the room was spotless and had lovely Elemis bathroom products!!

We got a complimentary upgrade on our arrival as well as a coupon for discounted breakfast and also a £10 voucher to spend in the bar/restaurant. They even lent us an golf umbrella when it was raining!

Most of all I think the service here was brilliant - every member of staff was very attentive, went out of their way to help us and were always cheerful.

I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it, it's worth every single penny.

Stayed here with my husband on the 14th December for one night . Overall experience was very good .
Very attentive reception staff , beautiful spacious room with lovely little luxury extras . Lip balm , stress relief temple cream , creams , shower gels etc . Free Sunday newspaper . Complimentary tea , coffee, water , sweets , crisps and biscuits .
We didn't stop for breakfast ( too expensive ) £15pp I think !
But on the whole a very nice hotel , 2 mins walk from the tube station . Would consider a return visit .

Stayed here for a 2nd time on our annual weekend in London. This hotel's location is excellent for the tower of london and access to the city landmarks, with the underground a short distance away.
We had a room which had everything you need in a good hotel, very clean, comfortable with a very nice bathroom +shower with elemis products.
Very quiet room , excellent bed and bedding therefore an excellent sleep.
He staff and hotel were simply excellent, nothing was an issue and very welcoming.
If you need a good hotel in london, you will not be disappointed if you meet the staff we met.
Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but plenty of options nearby.

Stayed here for one night in December with my daughter as a wee treat for her birthday.THe location is very convenient just a 5minute walker from tower hill tube station.we arrived early and our room wasn't ready but were able to do the paper work and they stored our bags.Receptionist was really lovely and the concierge very helpful.when we returned later our bags were already in the room. They had given us a free up grade to a superior room.On the bed was a lovely wee box of handmade chocolates and a card wishing my daughter a happy birthday. The room was a twin it was a lovely size with a sofa, desk and large tv with DVD player. The beds were comfy and everything was lovely and clean. The bathroom had separate bath and enormous shower and Lovely little rubber duck for you to take home, the elemis toiletries were really nice.We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. All in all lovely stay would book again.

I had meetings at Old Billingsgate which is at a short walk from the hotel. Tower Hill tube station is also at a walking distance.

Staff is friendly and there is a nice breakfast menu on offer. The lunch /dinner options are also healthy. Good quality complimentary wi-fi was provided.

Definitely will stay if I've future commitments in the surroundings.

Room Tip: I had no view but am sure that there must be rooms with a nice view. On a positive because of no vi...
