Found in the lovely Rosewood Hotel in the heart of Holborn, London. The dining room is huge and there is a courtyard which has just opened. Good food reasonably priced.

This restaurant has an entrance beside the Rosewood hotel into a bistro style room and also has a small courtyard section at the back in the entrance courtyard of the hotel. The courtyard is lovely on a warm sunny day day. We took brunch there and had Eggs Benedicte and Eggs Royale, both arrived with the eggs perfectly poached. The juices were Orange and Grapefruit, both freshly squeezed and delicious. We also went on to have waffles and pancakes, the pancakes with a raspberry compote were soft and good, however the waffles were pretty hard , a bit like chewing cardboard and I had to soak them in maple syrup to make them really edible.Quite nice but not special enough to go back.

Wonderful ambiance and a really, really good roast dinner. The roast beef was rib eye and it was pink in the centre, the Yorkshire pudding was just like my mum used to make. It was just exactly what I wanted. The service was very good. House red was also good

Stayed at the Rosewood Hotel. Breakfasted in Dining Room, disappointed that it was a buffet breakfast and an very average one at that...certainly not worth the £30 ppn we paid.

Visited the bar at the rosewood hotel a week or so ago. We weren't there long but I loved the ambience and decor. Noticed it had a restaurant next door called the Holborn dining rooms. So I decided to come back for a business dinner the following week. I liked it. The food is simple, clean, fresh and very well done. It has a buzz to it, and a good mix of business, family and holidaying guests. The decor again is unusual but tasteful. I would recommend it.
