Lovely Hotel right beside the Docklands Light Railway station , South Quay.Very handy for travel via subway and DLR. A few shops near by , but this is mainly the business side of town. Hotel was what you would expect from Hilton-Warm welcome, clean, comfortable room.Mega breakfast as always, which sets you up for the day.

Stayed 15th/18th August, arrived by tube hotel 5 minutes away. Check in very efficient we were staying in an Executive Room. A very large room with the biggest bed we have ever encountered on our extensive travels. Good TV with plenty of channels including Sky Sports. It even had a teapot for your morning cuppa. There was free Wi Fi code needed. We had access to the Executive Lounge it was the first time we have had access to a Lounge and this made our weekend. Breakfast was excellent, there was afternoon tea and sandwiches, at 6pm you had canapes with drinks till 10pm including wines/beers/spirits and soft drinks. We met some nice people and had some good conversations it rounded the night off well. The staff in the hotel all seemed very efficient and we enjoyed meeting Patrizia the Executive Lounge Manager and Esther from Front of House they were both excellent. The hotel is well positioned for Central London and is well worth a visit. The Executive Lounge had wonderful views of the London skyline it is on the 14th floor.

Room Tip: If you can get a good deal go for an Executive Room it is worth it.

This Hotel was AWESOME!!!!. I can't say enough good things about this place .We checked in late on a Friday night (15 AUG) and we were tired from our long travel day, The two young ladies at the desk where just so very pleasant that it just put us at ease instantly. Our Room was really really nice with nice comfortably beds , the breakfast was amazing and the location was just perfect a five minute walk to the canary wharf underground station. Hotel was 2 - 3 minute walk to Subway (the sandwich shop) and another small eatery that made great pizzas and sandwiches for cheap and stayed open really late.My next trip I would love to stay here again.

This hotel which is just a couple of minutes walk from the tube station and a five minute walk to the Thames having easy access to the Thames Clippers service it is located in the centre of Canary Wraft and is a great location with shopping mall within a couple of minutes walk and central London is only 20/30 minutes on the underground .
We stayed in an executive room which gave us access to the lounge and free wifi, the staff in the lounge were very friendly the breakfast was a little basic but enough to start the day,the afternoon tea was very good.
Our room was ok nothing fancy, very small bathroom only issue was arriving back late afternoon and our room had not been cleaned and we were planning on showering and heading back out to Covent gardens for a show.We spoke to reception and they sent housekeeping up we had tea and coffee in the lounge and when we went back in an hour it was all done however I would of expected the room to have been serviced by 4 o clock.
Overall this is a lovely hotel all the members of staff we came into contact with where friendly and helpful and we will certainly stay here again on our next visit to London.

A really nice hotel, with everything you need around you. Close to tube station, shopping centre, bus service, lovely walks along the river and a tube ride away from the O2 Hotel staff were very helpful on checking in and out, concierge looked after our bags until room was ready. 3 single beds in the room which was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you needed in the bathroom with lovely shampoos creams etc. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice for myself and my girls, we all had something different from toast to a omelette of your choice. Would definitely recommend and would go there again on my next visit to London
