Great service and really friendly staff...we were also upgraded to an apartment from a family room which made our stay! Breakfast is nothing spectacular but they did cook me some scrambled eggs on request which I appreciated. Hotel is a little dated but our apartment was clean and spacious so no complaints really. Stratford tube station/Westfields is 15/20 min walk away which we found no problem. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel with a bus to the centre of London every 5 minutes!

After leaving the place we were supposed to stay we rang reception to see if rooms were available (around 8pm) They were happy to accomidate us and showed us to our room. Room was out the back of the hotel so was quiet. Had an ensuit which was small but efficiant. Room was a good size and very clean. Fresh towels and soap given daily. Breakfast was basic but good and they were flexible on the time. Staff made us feel very welcome. Had to leave key there throughout day but due to 24 hour reception it was no problem to get back in quickly on a late night out. Great value for money.

Pro: Very friendly staff, they try to do more than would be expected. Warm welcome; helpful information; friendly atmosphere, seem truly interested. The room and the shared bathroom was cleaner than expected. Very good value for money. Close to transport bus out the front straight to subway. Access to Stratford Station was convenient. Close to shoppingmall Westfield.
Con: Limited breakfast tables. Free Wifi, but only in the foyer.

This place is cheaper than the average, so expectations are lower... however, I had a great stay, the double room had a comfy bed, flatscreen tv and just fine bathroom, and wifi too (with intermittent issues ... but wifi inside the main foyer area always worked). The only downside was the people above me were pretty noisy - waking me up in the middle of the night. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly - 24 hr reception is useful. The whole set up seems quite safe/secure. Oh! And free english breakfast is pretty ace.

Stayed here before completing the Prudential Ride London, whilst wife took tube into London from Stratford station.

The room was very comfortable and was clean and tidy, as we had early starts, they laid on a buffet breakfast for us starting from 5am which was very accommodating of them for a Sunday morning!!

We were able to leave our car there all Sunday again with no concerns.

When we arrived we were welcomed very well and they gave us a map to show where the train station was along with where to eat and drink.

We will definitely use this hotel again when we attend London in future.

The personnel at the front desk is always available and helpful. Good breakfast coocked express. The room didn't have its own bathroom but the toilet and shower were always impeccably clean.
Convenient location.

We are 3 'middle aged' ladies who stayed at this Hotel to go to a concert at the O2 and shop at the new Westfield shopping Centre. We picked this Hotel because it was good value and had parking. We found the Hotel easily with a Sat Nav coming in from the M25. They have very secure parking at the rear of the Hotel with locked gates. We had a triple room which was huge with 3 single beds, room & bedding was clean & fresh. Bathroom had shower & was spotless and looked brand new. Tea/coffee also in room. We were in the main house facing the road which was noisy but we slept ok. Breakfast was very good. Toast, cereal, full English. Staff were very friendly & helpful - better than some expensive hotels I have stayed in. 15 minute bus ride to Westfield shopping & tube station. (Buses 25 or 86).

Room Tip: Room 6 (triple room) is very large & airy, newly decorated & great shower room but is facing...
