We stayed here for one night recently in order to see friends in London. This is a fairly new hotel, modern and well maintained, with well trained staff. The location is down from the Old Vic, and reasonably near to the South Bank. The rooms are an average to small size, which is typical for London. Our room had a shower only with bathroom amenities screwed to the walls, presumably to stop guests taking them, no heated towel rail, or clothes rail to hang overnight washing - socks etc, The air conditioning is very noisy, but fortunately we were able to turn it off and it was not a warm evening. Not good in the height of summer.
Wi Fi is free in the room.
There is a Goan restaurant in the hotel - strange choice given the clientele - and a bar
Buffet breakfast is adequate, but not great, and the room is too narrow for the crowds that get there. The breakfast room is also completely glassed to the street, which is fine is fine as long as you do not mind commuters staring in.
London hotels are increasingly overpriced for what is generally delivered but overall this is a good budget hotel in a good location.
